What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu, RNYers?
I hate those scammers, my Mom got caught twice. The first time we had to replace the computer because they had hacked the bios, added a key logging software and my computer geek aka my roommate could not fix it. So a new computer and changing all of the accounts, then with the new computer she clicked on the you have a virus and rinse and repeat but this time no new computer was required.
I hate the fact that they are always looking for a way to make a dishonest buck. The phone call from the Social Security Office etc, etc. My Mom is 84 and I keep telling her that just because the caller id shows a number doesn't mean that is the actual phone number. With VOIP and cell phones you could be any where and have any number and make it look legit. So frustrating...

I am struggling with wanting to be involved here and the impact tracking very closely has on my health. I am still doing well but not planning everything out. I'm trying to reconnect with my body and listen to what sounds good and eat well. I'm working with a therapist on this.
I have lost 11lbs since I came back (early / mid September) but things have been slowing and with my change of perspective I think they will continue to slow.
Qotd: I got my babies dragon outfits but I prob won't dress up.
Today's maybe plan
B - fit frappe
S - latte
L - chicken and brussel sprouts
S - green bean casserole
D - at a friend's house
S - yogurt parfait / bar

I'm not doing the fall open. I'm moving in a couple weeks and still just getting back into it.
The last open that I did I was able to do 3 rx workouts. Since fertility, pregnancy and babies I have lost double unders, toes to bars and significant strength.
I'm hopeful to do the winter open in Feb. Really CrossFit is different for me now since I have so much less time.
if you find your double unders please look and see if mine are in the same place.

Ok I set the kitchen timer for 15 minutes to get on here.... ai miss you guys and it's already gone off. Boo.
Looked at my photos and they are all workouts, fitness memes and recipes.
So here is a #SDS in IG lingo - stop-drop-and selfie. Yesterday's workout and a little Friday motivation.
Food? 6 meals a day - 1-2 are protein drinks. Protein and veg at every meal and a few carbs thrown in. Made some taco shrimp this AM so they will be on today's menu.

Good morning menu friends! Miss Lily and I have our hour plus walk in around the Illinois state fairgrounds. We even saw horses out practicing on the track. Getting ready shortly to go to brunch with the bride. Hubby and I love her. She and Rudy have been dating since Rudy's freshman year of college and even though she was a year ahead of him in school she hung around till he graduated. They've been together ever since,first in Springfield Il and then in Minneapolis. Her family is in Rockford Il and so they're getting married in Springfield because it's in the middle and they wanted all the family to be there. QOTD don't do Halloween since no kids at home and the candy is just TOO much temptation for me. Accountability was perfect for food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 121.2. Here's the food plan for the day B unsure but healthy choice at the brunch L probably none since brunch is late D 4 oz grilled shrimp. I did eat 2 small plums we got at a farmers market here at the fairgrounds last night to tide me over till 10. There will be lots of coffee too! No pic this week but I'll have wedding pics next week. Have a great day full of healthy choices!
