Gah, OH ate my post, not a good way to start today!!!!!!
After a long week, this is how I look, how about you!? Happy Friday!
My parents are still in England, so I will be heading to their house this weekend to take care of their kitty and give the cat-sitting neighbor a break. Grim is staying home, so I am on my own. I have plans to meet up with a old friend and go for a nice fall walk nearby where my parents live (see below). But other than that, just planning to lay low and continue to recover.
Accountability: Another day when I didn't follow the menu to a T, but stayed below calories. I am loving my long walks to work, but yesterday I wore bad shoes and had foot cramps all night :(
QOTD: Are you a big Halloween person? Do you have a costume picked out yet? I am not a huge Halloween person, but I have friends who always decorate big and throw parties. I always dress up to answer the door, though, and I love to do creative face-painting! I already ordered a low-key, cute matching couple's costume for me and Grim, but I'm not spoiling it yet!
Exercise: Hoping to get a little more activity in than my lazy-ass kitty, but no guarantees!

Good morning and happy Fri-yay!
I haven't even gone to bed yet (it's 3:00 am on the west coast), too many thoughts going through my head so I figured I look up OH to see who the early risers are.
Yesterday I met Em! She is as sweet, caring and kind as she is online. We gabbed for about 1.5 hr non stop. I love it when you connect with people after knowing them for a while online and they are exactly like their online presence.
I have an appt with my bariatrician today, was supposed to have it last Mon but got rescheduled. Couple of my lab results are off so I'm gonna ask questions. We might have to tweak my vitamins. Other than that I'm good. She might want me to do another dexa scan to see the bone density. Not to boast but it's gotta be better than last your after all the weight training I have been doing.
QOTD: big on Halloween decoration but not so big on costumes Although I'm thinking I might be a gypsy this year!
I am also including a pic of BEAUTIFUL sunflowers my neighbor got for me as a thank you for the elephant rug I made for her. She knows I love sunflowers.
My meals for the day:
- Coffee, coffee, and more coffee
- Turkey, avocado & cheese (lunch is at a sandwich place but I'll have just the inside)
- Friday sushi dinner - I'll order the cucumber wrap style
- Greek yogurt
