GUYS!!!
long time no see...seriously, I hate not being able to log on here from my work computer every day now...I just can't do it on my phone.
I mean I CAN but it's too tedious and I just dont have the time it takes for me to type it all out...it's annoying.
Anywho, I managed to somehow get access from another computer today and it works...so here I am, Late, and likely nobody will even read this lol!
QOTD: I always lose from the top down...face/chest ...but my belly is stubborn. I am pretty sure it's mostly just skin there now but it's still the pudgiest place on my body.
In other news, I managed to actually hit a NORMAL BMI in the last couple of weeks...I am bouncing around between 145-147 the last 3 weeks or so without actually TRYING to lose more weight.
I might drop a few here and there anyway because of my new love for running which is fine, so I can have a nice cushion when the holidays come up in a few short months, and I am still trying to stay under 1400 cals/day but I am mostly just concerned with making sure I don't gain enough weight to not fit in all of the fabulous clothes I have completely overfilled my closet with haha...I am OK with a 5lb fluctuation here and there.
Morning: Coffee w/sf coffeemate
B: low carb banana bread w/1tbsp PB
L: chicken tikka masala w/peas and poblanos over cauliflower rice
D: ham & cheddar omelette
ES: apple slices & L&F greek yogurt (makes a fabulous fruit dip)
I miss you all!!
Hope to try to get on again tomorrow :)
