Chrissy - I had Dexa and they told me how my body fat % compared to my age group. I think those charts are online as well.

doctor's office DEXAscans don't measure body composition - they just measure bone density. To find out body composition, you have to have a commercial or sports one. Commercial DEXAscan places are springing up in several areas. We just got a new one in town a few months ago. A scan will run you around $150. Universities sometimes do them in their sports labs - and they're often fairly reasonably priced there.

Good morning~I love fat and sassy cats!! Happy to hear you are feeling better, JB. I had a late night, but it was so worth while. I met my sister for Downton Abbey. It totally brought me back - I loved seeing all the characters and the costumes did not disappoint. Even just hearing the music made me happy. It was not fantastic -very predictable but so fun! I forgot how much I loved Maggie Smith. I talked my sister out of popcorn then we went on to have a fabulous dinner after. To die for sea bass. I am proud that I successfully 'rolled' with the evening instead of letting my anxiety take over. Back to back events are another story.

QOTD -I think I lose pretty evenly, but I notice weight loss with the girls and my neck first - they are the first to come back also!

Accountability - I had a glass of wine with dinner - no regrets

Exercise - gym - StairMaster, circuit and hydro

TSS 2 years, 10 months 170.9

I thought exactly the same. Great to see the characters, like old friends, great costumes, but very weak plot.

QOTD- I used to be my boobs but not so much this time, I never used to have a belly but it is not going away, maybe just my age catching up to me. The last place is my thighs, I have always had thunder thighs even when I was 18 and 135lbs, in proportion to the rest of me my thighs stick out farther than my hips. Unfortunately that is genetics.

I met with my NP from the old clinic, she is now at a medically supervised weight loss clinic not a surgeons office any longer. I love her she has had bariatric surgery so she really gets it. She was really pleased with my progress since April I have lost 23lbs of body fat and gained 11lbs of muscle. My BMI is now 28.7she believes I can reach my goal weight but it will be slower from here on out.

I'm also going to start on Wellbutrin, that may help with some of the things that I am dealing with. I really hope it works.

QOTD - First place, my face. Last place, my stomach. ****** me off!

Breakfast - Celery with some creamed goat cheese, and a latte with almond milk

Lunch - OMG SO MUCH FOOD! Polenta fries, salad, truffle mac and cheese and pizza. (One slice/piece of everything - That's why I had such a small breakfast

Snack - Protein shake

Dinner - Fruit smoothie (frozen frui****er)
