Good morning good morning, we are approaching the end of the week! Yay!!
yesterday was a long day, left home at 5 am, got home at 830 pm but I'm working from home today and planning just 8 hours before I run some errands and meet my girl gang for dinner.
qotd - sigh, the first place to lose is/was my boobs. I miss them. Last place is belly, I would like to miss that!
menu today is a bit up in the air - at home I know I will have ever roast deli chicken, a slice of cheddar, a cottage cheese with some Pb 2. We're going to a cidery for dinner so I will either have a cider marinated bratwurst or a bunless burger.
i started a new podcast yesterday called "your dead to me" - historical bios covered by Greg Jenner, who's a public historian in the U.K., a historian with expertise on the specific subject and a comedian. It's fun! I've listened to the one on Justinian and Theodora and the one on Boudicca.
have a fantastic Friday Eve everyone

Mornin'!
just a drive-by this morning as our porch contractor is coming by in ten minutes, then I have a dentist appt at 8:00 (why on earth did I schedule these at 8:00 this year? I'm RETIRED! Next year I'm scheduling these at 10:00 (or later!!!!). Then I'm going to a luncheon on campus that the vet school is hosting (with a talk about dogs, I think...). Then I signed up for a walk in the arboretum this afternoon, then this evening we're going to an open house/reception. SO...not sure what the food is going to look like today, either.
Accountability was good yesterday - and I took an hour-long walk.
QOTD: I think weight loss shows up first in my fact. As for the last place it leaves, that would definitely be my gut.
4 years 3 months out:
B: maybe just yogurt. I'm feeling really heavy this morning. (I think I've been eating more fiber lately, so that might be it). Plus coffee with half & half.
MS: protein shake
L: provided at the luncheon, so....?? I'll be good!
AS: probably nothing
D: salad with diced turkey and light dressing
have a great day, all!
G'morning JB & Menuers,
Today you would have heard me grumbling for all the driving I need to do for various meetings if it wasn't for my favorite portion of the day: breakfast with Em! After that fun portion of the day the rest is just driving, meetings, site survey.
QOTD: fastest->boobs, slowest ->tummy. I honestly don't know if what is left is mom pooch due to two pregnancies or residual fat/skin. I will find out at OH.
Meals for the day:
B: protein forward, some sort of omelette
L: TBD, on the rd
D: will most probably skip
S: epic chicken or venison
Have a great Thu everybody.

Good morning! I am looking forward to a great day and its payday! I was feeing a bit down yesterday in the morning. Its amazing how the sunshine and exercise is a game changer. I also met some really nice people when I was out and about doing my errands. I am choosing joy!!
QOTD- First place to leave is my face and breasts. I joke that I went from a 44-DDD to a 36 long! Last place to leave is my stomach.
Accountability- I did well yesterday!
Food for today is a lot like yesterday. My dinner was so good.

Hoping for a walk in the evening with my hubby.

QOTF: LEGS and ARSE!!! ugh now I have a bubble butt and thick thighs from all the lifting and increased calories but at least it isn't a sad looking ET pancake butt like before.
I bought some nice pink shrimp at the store and cooked them last night. having them and veggies today is the plan!
Good morning menu friends! It's lovely here in Illinois today and Miss Lily and I have our 3.4 miles done and will do more later at the Illinois state fairgrounds where we head a bit later. I have a few more items to load in and a doctor's appointment here in a bit too. QOTD first in the boobs and butt(which are both now nonexistent) and last in the gut. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 121.2 today. Here's the food plan B2/3c earnest eats hot cereal L 4oz deli chicken and cheese D 4 oz grilled sausage. Have a great day full of smart choices!
Good morning JB and Menuers,
I had to do a Dexa test this morning for bone density but I do not think this is the test I was looking to have. Isn't there a test out there that you can take to tell me what my ultimate BMI should be? I know Jim talked about a test a few months back but I am just not sure what it was.
DH is all better and back to work was just a 24 hour bug and he was feeling better by the time I got home from the gym last night.
On the Chaffle front I just used a duck egg and cheddar and just want you all to know it was a fail. The duck egg did not hold up like the chicken eggs do.
QOTD: Honestly I don't remember it all came off so quickly and do to my large Hernia I did not notice any Belly loss until I had surgery to repair it.
