What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Thanks, Chris. Less eating would have been good.

Mornin'!
Today I have a vet appt at noon - otherwise, nothing scheduled. I have GOT to get some exercise - I'm feeling like a slug lately!! I may just take a long walk this morning - and maybe hit a Zumba class this evening.
I've noticed, too, that we've lost some people on this thread - and the whole forum seems to have died down lately. I wonder what's up with that??? I hope it picks up again!! Getting on here a few times a day and reading new posts - and new responses - helps me keep my head in the game!
accountability was good yesterday, but feeling really heavy this morning. Exercise should help. I hope. Although the good thing is, when I'm feeling this way, it's easier to stick to my food plan!
QOTD: depends on what it is, but in most cases, chocolate.
