If it's a stricture, it doesn't matter what food or drink, it's a physical issue. You should follow up with your doctor and let them know what's happening.

Could also be an irritated pouch. The cure for that is 24 hours of liquid only. Even though your plan says you are ready for puree stage, you body heals at its own rate and might not quite be ready yet.

Something not agreeing with you could be a lot of things.

If you literally can't get anything into your stomach, even liquid, it could be a strictures. You really should call your surgeon.
