What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
QOTD- My BFF now I met through the barn. We both boarded at the same barn and we are so much alike and have the same feelings about animals. She keeps me sane and we talk usually a couple of times a week. We meet on Sundays for what I call "barn therapy". She gets to see my boy (Toughy) and we catch up on the week and commiserate. I've lost touch with my other BF I went to high school with her and we ended up working at the same company together. I still miss her and wish I could get in contact with her.
I got some of the things out that were bothering my about the roommate. Didn't solve it all, but we are at least talking. No play station this am, but he did wake me but I was able to go back to sleep. I tried to explain some of the issues that set off my PTSD so maybe he gets it and will work with me. I really do care about him, and want things to be better.
I got a walk in yesterday and no rain, but I'm still lagging behind in the 50 mile challenge.
I so get the coffee meme, that is me today.
Have a great day everyone!

Hi everyone,
Feel better JB!
Still not feeling all that great. This cold has kicked my butt. I still have no real appetite to speak of although I forced myself to eat most of my breakfast and a little bit of dinner.
I keep pounding the water and chicken stock.
QOTD: I met my best friend in 2nd or 3rd grade and still hang out to this day.
Enjoy the rest of your night everybody! Don't get sick!!! LOL!

Chaffle update #2
- Parmesan base for Keto Pizza = A+
Deeeeelish!
Chaffle makes 2:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c shredded parm
Topping:
- 2 tbsp low sugar pizza sauce
- 6 slices pepperoni
- 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella
- High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
- High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
- Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
- Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
- Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)
JB - Are those what your chaffles look like? Mine start in the middle the waffle maker and fill about 2/3 of the four waffle maker and then kind of slope off. If I try and make them in two of the four compartments they spill out the side

Yeah, mine do look like nice little neat waffles! I am using the Dash mini waffle maker, so it only makes one at a time. I am not sure if the actual size of the chaffle is smaller, too? But it makes 2, perfectly, with 1 egg & 1/2 c of shredded cheese.
