As much as I hate those litmus test humans, they are, nonetheless, helpful to have around here and there...

Good morning menu friends! Miss Lily and I have our 3.4 miles and will do another mile after supper. I was not feeling it this morning-'thank heaven for little Miss Lily! QOTD no close female friends but my hubby is my very best friend. We met after a friend met him for a date in response to a personal ad. They didn't click but she introduced us and that was the start of a fun journey. I've also made friends every Nomads trip but because we all move on to different projects they don't really count as best friends. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 121.4 today. Here's the food plan for the day B 2/3c earnest eats hot cereal L 4oz deli chicken and cheese D 4 oz baked fish slice of tomato S if needed sm apple with 1T peanut butter. Have a great day full of healthy choices!

Good morning! JB- I hope you feel better soon. I might take half sick day later if my stomach doesn't cooperate. I don't feel full blown sick but been feeling a little off throughout the day and have had some horrendous gas (sorry for the TMI) so I kinda am wondering if I'm trying to fend off a bug of some sort. Strange thing is I'll feel fine for hours and then crash.

Accountability: I had some PB crackers and 1/2 lavash after I got woken up and couldn't go back to sleep because my tummy was rumbling. One of my employees texted about an emergency late ( I don't take my phone to bed but my hubby was still up and knew it was important enough to wake me).

QOTD: My legit BFF is my sister.

TSS: 5 years 1 month

B: SF latte, Quaker protein/fiber oatmeal and turkey sausage links

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: SF fairlife milk latte, Chaffle, and carbmaster yogurt

D: BBQ chicken pizza on 1/2 low carb lavash, small salad, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: low carb pita with SF jelly and butter, Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: 6.25 mile run and 40 mins elliptical

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1434 Protein:133 Carbs:124 Fat:55
