What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?

Happy Monday, Gang!
I had a great time yesterday! Grim and I got to host an OHer and her friends for dinner, who were traveling here from WI. We ate steak, told stories and laughed all night. It's so great to meet online friends in person :)
My voice is officially shot this morning! I had lost it yesterday morning but rallied for our little dinner party...but this morning it is gone and I will be surprised if it returns today. But I don't think I can take another sick day, so I am going to head in to the office and hope that I can stay quiet and chill today.
Accountability: Another meh day. I haven't had much of an appetite, but I haven't moved my body in 4 days, either.
QOTD: Help out the newbies who are reading this thread! What was your favorite shake recipe or brand when you were just out of surgery? When my band was failing I had to have a lot of shakes. I made so many that I considered myself a master shake chef! I think my favorite was Almond Milk with Unjury Chocolate Protein Powder, a little bit of Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix, and a little bit of Torani Sugar Free Cherry Syrup. It was a nice, thick, yummy chocolate cheesecake!
Jen got me craving yogurt again, so I bought 5 L&Fs for the week :)
Exercise: Whatever... I am just trying to stay vertical...

Good morning and happy Monday!! Hope everyone had a great weekend and has a fun as exciting week ahead!
JB, sorry you lost your voice - but at least it rallied for you Sunday visit! I'm pretty sure I have CO workers that would be thrilled if I couldn't talk! What flavor L&F did you get? They seem to only release some regionally.
i have colleagues in from Europe this week so a lot of meeting time, a lot of hosting, plus my office is moving locations this week. I will be very ready for Friday night, lol, but the week should go quickly with so much going on!
qotd - I really liked the heated up chocolate premier protein as a high protein hot chocolate. I was never very inventive to make my own shakes - I like the syntrax nectars for less chocolately options and also liked the True Nutrition line because you can order online and customize the protein source and how much flavor to add. I still have a container of eggnog flavor from last fall though!
menu

Oh I might try Chaffles again for dinner - my first attempt yesterday was a little off, my egg to cheese ratio was more egg. Tasted like a nice crisp omelette which wasn't bad.

I officially have a Pinterest page with 1 BILLION chaffle recipe variations pinned to it, haha. So far the only things I have actually tired are with different types of cheeses which make slightly different flavors, but still basically the same thing. But I want to get more experiential this week with pumpkin spice and maybe a Mexican spice variation!

Once I get them down, I thinking of adding some PB2 powder and seeing how that goes

Grim probably thanks the heavens on days when I lose my voice... ah, sweet silence...
I got the strawberry cheesecake and cherry L&Fs. There wasn't really a selection. It was those two flavors and some kind of banana, and I detest fake banana flavoring, so my choices were made for me!

I like fake flavors especially grape and Strawberry and I really liked the L&F banana cream pie yogurt I had it last week it tasted more like pie filling creamy not just like a banana

I found some L&F Greek yogurts here in Pittsburgh that have some fun seasonal flavors. Ill be having the pumpkin pie today but I also was able to buy some toasted marshmallow so it'd nice to have the seasonal ones.
