busy day at work and then I should go to 9 rounds and do the full circuit...what I want to do is log off and sit out in the yard and chill.
Qotd - L&F greek! I've preferred greek yogurt every since it started showing up but never considered L&F because no way it could be good, it's diet yogurt, lol. Now I eat at least one a day, tell everyone how good it is, and rave about how much better frozen L&F is than any protein ice cream!
accountability- I had a peanut butter cookie at bookclub last night. I stopped at one (I knew if I had two my 40 minute commute home could be hell and I was too tired to court RH overnight so I guess dumping/RH for prevention yay?!)
menu in no particular order (except the coffee, the coffee is always first)
coffee and half and half X 3
4.2 oz ever roast chicken
1.5 oz goat cheese
5.3 oz container cottage cheese
l&f greek
i probably need something else in there but not sure what it will be
photos - a couple from last weeks drive up to Trail Ridge Road (highest driveable paved road in the country) and my finally finished back yard! I have a blue spruce, a lilac, and 3 each of feather grass, roses and lavender (the lavender are very small but they are there!)

The yard looks great and WOW what a view! I'd real love a trip to CO sometime soon. It looks incredible.
