Whats on your (Photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?

Hi all! Happy Friday!
Still no word from the hospital or the surgeon about the upper GI to look for a stricture. If I don't hear back by lunchtime, I'm going to give them a call to see what's up, super frustrating! For now, I'm assuming "no news is good news."
Photo Friday: As a reward for hitting onederland, I bought a new pair of rollerskates to use when skating outside. They're purple and green and SO CUTE! I need to put some different wheels on them for asphalt skating, I'll probably try to remember do that tonight. Tucson has a 120-mile loop of shared-use path, and I can hit a trailhead about a mile from my office, so it's great for lunchtime adventures. Got my pads, got my Camelbak, all set to go!
QOTD: Does it count if I want to be a spokesperson for roller derby gear? I never could have played before surgery, and roller derby has done so much for my self-confidence and fitness level that I would gladly rep for Bont skates or S1 helmets!
Chow:
- Breakfast: Fairlife
- Lunch: Greek yogurt
- Dinner: maybe BBQ pulled pork
- Snack: havarti cheese, more Fairlife
Exercise: I'm pretty sore from the weight circuit at the gym yesterday, so that's out. If the weather isn't too stupid hot, I'll go skating, otherwise I think I'll go swim laps after Nolan is in bed tonight.

You totally should! It's great exercise, and you can get a pair of basic skates for outdoors or the roller rink WAY cheaper than a pair of derby skates. Pads are super important, and make sure to wear a helmet too :)

Hi everyone,
Great pics everyone!
QOTD:Ostrim meat sticks.
Still feeling like crud but a little better than yesterday. Still not much appetite. I had a couple bites of turkey sausage and that was it. I'm still keeping hydrated with plenty of water and chicken stock.
Hopefully tomorrow I'll be feeling a little better.
Enjoy the rest of your day everybody!
