Happy Hump Day everyone!

QOTD - My worst sunburn had to be the one I got summer of 8th grade. I had discovered bikinis and baby oil. This was not a wise discovery.

Breakfast - Slice of sourdough, cream cheese, with sliced tomatoes

Snack - Blendables green fruit/kale smoothie with water base

Lunch - My favorite restaurant here in SA, Green! Had a Korean "beef" burrito with french fries. I can only finish half but it refrigerates well! The beefless "beef" is sooooo good, it satisfies that savory desire!

Snack - A cookie. I did share. My husband had lunch catered and dropped off his cookie. We work for the same organization, in different departments. That cookie had everything from coconut to corn flakes, it was very good! I shared with a couple of guys in my department.

Dinner - Probably leftover margherita pizza/or Korean beef burrito with veggies or salad

Hello my RnY kindred! Happy Wednesday!

Thank you JB for starting us out. Love the alpaca!

Very late, quick note today - weight is 126.4 and I'm feeling good! It's a gorgeous sunny day and wow! I love it up here when the sky is blue! Endless dark skies with infinite variations of mist and rain are no fun. I'm very happy that today is so fine and fair!

Edited to add: i almost forgot the QOTD! Despite having added blonde highlights, I am a natural born redhead with translucent redhead's skin. I go out in the sun and I freckle everywhere, and burn badly unless I use a strong SPF. I never able to tan at all beyond the very palest of shades, and I have to work for that. I got many wicked sunburns as a kid, sometimes so bad I couldn't bend my poor knees. Basically unless I use a high SPF, I turn a neon, glow-in-the-dark, fluorescent pink-to-lobster shade, and I could be used as a radiant heater in a medium sized bedroom.

First: a few big mugfuls of coffee with cashew milk and SF, carb-free syrup.

B: a little espresso cheese, a little TJ's turkey mealoaf. I have noticed this is more filling when it's cool than when its very hot - hot, it softens up so much it's almost slider food. It can be a little warm, though.

L: ham and a little espresso cheese

D: I don't know yet. Possibly an omlette.
