QOTD: Went to the beach all the time as a kid, spent most summers doing Jr Lifeguard training and never got burnt. Went to the beach with my family and fell asleep on my stomach and got a really bad burn. Had to stay inside for a few days and be quiet during summer break, it was hell.

Afternoon all and happy hump day! Well for dinner yesterday I ended up having baked salmon and Brussels instead of the zoodle spaghetti, but other than that I pretty much stayed on plan.
QOTD: First of all I'm a red head with fair skin so it doesn't take much for me to get a sunburn. The worst sunburn was several years ago while on vacation at the beach during Memorial Day weekend. I must have been out of my mind because I don't think I put a lick of sunscreen on. I was burnt all over! I have never in my life had a sunburn so bad and I ended up staying inside in bed for the rest of the vacation because I was miserable! It hurt to move, to shower.....just lying in bed was painful. I learned a very valuable lesson to always put sunscreen on if I'm going to be outdoors for any length of time.

hi all
so working strange hours today so just now posting. accountability fine, scale being a pain in the butt.
I did my workout today plus a long stretching session and shower. I ran out of time and didn't get to use the pool but plan on it tomm.
I'm super white and burn very easily. I have gotten burned with water blisters.

Hi everyone,
Just a quick drive by today. I've been home sick for 2 days with a nasty cold and sore throat and now the body aches are coming on strong. Oh joy!! This past weekend my barber was coughing all over me and many of my co-workers are sick so anyone could be the culprit.
Not much appetite... I just a little breakfast and lots water & chicken stock yesterday and today.
Enjoy the rest of your day everybody and try not to get sick!
