Hello and Happy Monday to my RnY clan!
Just a fast note today as I need to get on the road.
I'm happy to read that our California contingent's meet-up was wonderful! Wish I could have been there. I'm not positive about who here is in the Seattle area, but it would be fun to plan a get-together here, too!
I overate yesterday - didn't eat off-plan, just had too many calories, too much cheese. Up to 127.0 this morning, so I am reining things in. I do find also that if I cut out eating late at night even if I'm still a bit hungry, I am rewarded and happy come my morning reckoning with the scale. Worth the wait.
I tried finding the Chaffles recipe on here, no luck at least via my tablet. I can search on the computer, maybe I'll have more luck there. They sound like a treat!
First: 60 oz. Coffee with cashew milk & SF, Carb-free salted caramel syrup
B: some of that TJ's Italian style turkey meatloaf and an indulgent 1\2 avocado

The ones I tried on Sunday were just 1/2 c Mozzarellas & 1 egg. No clue how, but the somehow actually taste like real waffles.
Yesterday I used spicy pepper jack cheese in stead of Mozzarellas and it just added a little more flavor.
