What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Thanks! Yeah I'm trying to stay around 800 calories or less, but it's so hard and I find myself going over. Sigh...

Morning everyone - late post for me! I jumped onto calls early this morning and then have been going since. Busy week ahead!
QOTD - audio books, podcasts or my iPhone play lists - I almost never listen to the radio.
so far today I've had coffee, coffee, coffee, plus a cottage cheese with nuts, and a leftover jalapeño cheddar buffalo sausage. I am thinking a small goat cheese omelette with a bit of asparagus for dinner and a L&F for dessert.
speaking of L&F - if you liked the lemon L&F, keep an eye out for the multi pack with strawberry cheesecake and raspberry lemon tart -- I had not seen the raspberry lemon tart before ( found it at the local Kroger brand - King Soopers but only in the 4 pack).
I have my last call with asia at 6 pm tonight, I'm going to be able to sneak out for about 90 minutes after 3:30 and go to a cardio pilates class -- which I need after 4 days of family visits and lots of driving and very little movement!
Have a fantastic Monday and great start to the week!

I miss yogurt! I haven't really had it since going Keto, but it was a staple food for at least 3 years during weight loss. I might just try the L&F flavors you mentioned--they sounds great!

Yay! No Cushing's disease!
i'm relieved but also left with questions. I wouldn't be surprised if I had fibromyalgia but my doctors are not the most proactive. Just gotta keep going.
today has been a disaster. So i'll Check in down the road.

Good afternoon. Saturday bought myself a waffle iron and made Chaffels yesterday. Very good. I made plain and blueberry. Ate that for lunch with a bit of meat and had it again for breakfast today with a bit of oatmeal. The redo is a little mushy, but still good. Fresh is best for sure. Nice and crispy.
Hey, just an FYI. The new Quest bars (caramel chocolate chunk) make great cookies, in case you do that eggface recipe. By themselves I find them too sweet in profile. But as a cookie - perfect. As good or better than the maple waffle bar.
QOTD - Oldie TV radio (we get Me.TV radio here) great oldies that no one plays anymore. I also play my playlist on IHeart radio ap. I dumped Satellite radio last year.
Active recovery day so no PWO
B - Blueberry 1/4 chaffel and 3/4 cup oatmeal with protein powder
S - cup of mixed fruit
L - small salad, 3.5 oz chicken and tiny apple
S - dried meat and an orange
D - Small salad and turkey. Though I'm going to an appetizer party before dinner, so hopefully just eat some guac and celery.
S - Yogurt and frozen fruit
PS - It's HOCKEY season - Go preds!!!
