Good morning all. I'm staring at a week of business development. This is tough for me, but if I want my business to be successful, I need to use the down time to develop the darn thing.
QOTD: FM pop station
Accountability: Last night was tough. I had a refeed snack :) My calories were higher than I wanted but still much less than they have been before last week.
Workout today: I may go to crossfit. If not, I will make sure I get some treadmill time or a big walk in.
hi all- later post for me- Weighed Saturday and was not happy with results. Didn't make the mistake of forgetting my scale this week!!!
QOTD: I listen to audiobooks in the car. this week is david Baldacci one which should be finished today or tomm. Today the road was detoured and my 1:45 drive took 3 almost I was not happy and late for my 8 am meeting. and I had to pee really bad.
felt a little ill all weekend and didn't leave the house sunday - relaxed and did prep stuff at the house.

QOTD: I have satellite radio and I'm loving a 70's era station. All summer it was beach/summer songs from the 70's-early 80's, now it's love songs.

I was planning on going to a water aerobics class this morning, but since it starts in 12 minutes and I'm still in bed drinking coffee, I guess not. There's another class this evening, but I signed up to go to this League of Women Voters forum since I joined the League this summer and have yet to go to any of their events. So...I'm going to that. I'll find something else to do exercise-wise as I really need to move today.
accountability was good yesterday. The next few days shouldn't be too difficult to manage, thankfully.
QOTD: sometimes I listen to NPR, and sometimes I surf music stations if I'm not in the mood for talk radio (we have one NPR station that focuses on classical music, and four (yes - FOUR!) others that we get that focus more on talk shows).
I think I might have to pick up a used waffle iron somewhere and make chaffles after reading all the posts about them! I bet I can find one at a thrift shop..
4 years 3 months out:
B: protein pancakes with plain Greek yogurt and homemade strawberry/rhubarb sauce, coffee with half & half
MS: if needed, a protein shake
L: either a salad with diced turkey breast and light dressing or half a turkey pastrami sandwich (I got some light Thousand Island dressing and sauerkraut to make a "reuben" out of it)
AS: light yogurt with raspberries or a piece of crustless protein pumpkin pie
D: maybe the last Beyond Meat bratwurst - before the thing rots!
