What's on your (BEFORE & AFTER PHOTO) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Great picture, Christina. I have a picture of my DD doing yoga with goats at the silos in Waco (Magnolia Market). If I can find it I will post.

Good morning before and after day!! LOVE the new hair, JB!!!
QOTD: I became MO after 40 and the need for hormonal replacement. My weight skyrocketed during and after my husband's fight and losing battle with cancer. I needed to stay alive for my kids! (2007) I chose the Lap-band, and LOVED it until it turned on me. (2013)RNY was the next step, but complications from the crapband put RNY off until 2016. It's been a bumpy road and loss isn't always as much as a weight loss virgin, but I'm thankful for every lb gone!

I didn't take a lot of photos when I was MO...I hid from the camera. NOW...I am about 40 lbs heavier than I should be, and I want to lose it but...I run for the camera now! I am trying to document everything I can in my happy, gray hair, chunky butt, everything!

Let it begin with me.

Good morning everyone! I love before and afters, so incredibly inspiring! JB yours are fabulous! Can't wait to see the rest after I post! TGI- frikken F for real ya'll. This week has been crazy busy and this weekend and next week are even more so. Trying to get my work done and prep for my conference next week. I don't know how all those that travel for work all the time manage. I only have only one conference a year and it stresses me out! But I guess it's whatever you're used to...I suppose I could get used to Emily's world traveling job - it would totally be worth it plus working from home - maybe I have this all wrong? I think I may actually be jealous now, haha! No gym and a mellow night at home this evening. Looking forward to meeting Kelly, Sheila and Stacy for brunch tomorrow by the beach!!! Sunday is a family gathering at my sisters and Sunday night I'm taking my son to see a comedy show, Gabriel Iglasias - aka Fluffy. I'm off on Monday and travel to Sac on Tuesday for the week.
QOTD - I originally choose VSG because I thought it was less drastic, but due to gerd the surgeon recommended RNY. He told me in his experience that it was more successful and that it was no less invasive as VSG like people think. I didn't want to take a chance and need a revision, my gerd was already bad so I choose RNY and don't regret it one bit!
Accountability - spot on

Jan 2011 - going through IVF and probably my heaviest though I don't remember what I weighed. I don't remember looking like this so I was shocked to see this photo.
October 2018 about 10 pounds lighter than I am now. I can't find any recent full length pics?
