What's on your Thursday Menu, RNYers?

You speak my language! I currently lead pricing/profit and master data (along with 3 or so other hats) for my company. I used to run our CI team, primarily using a lean six sigma paradigm on behalf of our business partners.

Back in Illinois where I have decent internet so I will be posting daily for a bit. Lily and I have already walked for an hour this am and will do more later. It was a boring walk around a county fairgrounds but it was a walk. We will miss the beautiful woods and creek at Pine
Creek camp in Indiana. We're sure to go back there as we all enjoyed it. We're here for an annual meeting of the Nomads, the group we work with and are here early toset up chairs and tables and help organize . Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 121.6 today. Here's the food plan for the day B 2/3c earnest eats hot cereal L 4oz chicken and cheese D 4 oz grilled shrimp slice of tomatoes if needed 3 peanut butter crackers (other three go to Miss Lily,of course). Have a great day full of smart choices! Some pics of the work we did at the camp.
Happy Thursday! Pouring rain and dreary here; I've seen lots of trees starting to change color already, too.
QOTD: Bashful/Dopey combo, I'm shy and clumsy. I try to stay out of the spotlight and inevitably trip or drop something then all eyes are on me with the red face!

G'morning JB & Menuers,
Julia - I hope your commute is not crazy.
I have another driving day. Thank god we are in Silicon Valley, because driving around with electric car needs some planning. Most of the companies now have a row of chargers and looking at the map I can figure out where I need to charge. The only glitch is it takes 45 minutes, so it's not like you pull into a gas station and pull out 5 minutes afterward. My car has a range of 250 miles on full charge, but on these driving days I get nervous because if you run out of battery you are in deep kimchi. A friend of mine who has relatives in Montana told me she couldn't drive her car from CA to MT because there are very few chargers in between and almost zero chargers in MT.
QOTD: hah! Do you know how many grumpy statues, figurines and T-shirts I have? Every mother's day and bday up until my kids were 7-8 they got me a grumpy related gift. Finally I put my foot down and told DH it's ground for divorce if I get one more grumpy gift. He thought it was hilarious. So according to my kids I'm grumpy because I want them to follow the rules. I think I'm Doc!
Accountability: great, as long as you don't count how many oz of parm cheese I had!
Menu for today will be mostly a repeat of yesterday...on the road again (with Donkey's voice in Shrek)!
Happy jr Friday.

I have contemplated an electric car but you know my commute...I'd be towed more than driving. I settled on a hybrid and I am so happy with being able to weeks at a time without a fill up.
Good luck with your travel day!

Good morning and happy Friday eve!
QOTD - I'm Happy-Doc -- pretty happy as a rule and pretty controlling. Controlling things makes me happy.
