What's on your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning, everybody!
I am starting to regret not going to the OH convention. It seems like every day I read that more and more people are going to be there, and I'm getting jealous. It's feeling a bit like when I was the last one to try Creme Brûlée flavored Light and Fit. I can just picture everybody else hanging out in California, eating Everroast chicken and doing the seven up workout. If I find out that Jen is also going I may be in a full-fledged snit.
I've run out of caramel flavored calcium chews. I'm having watermelon now, but they aren't nearly as good. I will finish the course of watermelon, but afterwards I'm going back to caramel even if I have to order by mail.
I managed to get three miles towards the September 50 mile challenge during the Coffland fundraiser yesterday. It was hard, but not as bad as I feared. All in it was about 57 minutes. My free hangs were 1:20, 1:04, :54, :53, :44, :53, and :10. The :44 hang was a killer because it cost me about 10 minutes of time to do the extra half mile and thirty push-ups. 10 seconds, arghh.
Today I am in the office and need to have a productive day to make up for yesterday's distractions.
QOTD: Probably sneezy. I sneeze every day and looking at the sun will make me sneeze sometimes. I have to explain to people that I'm not sick, its just how I am.
Breakfast: tacos
snack: Protein bar
Lunch: Pork
Snack: Jerky
Dinner: TBD
Have a great day, all!

I'm regretting not going to OH conference myself. I heard it is a wonderful experience with a lot of great education. Hopefully next year I will have some vacation time left over and I'll be able to make it. I am excited to find out where it will be next year. Nashville would be nice. I've never been and would love to see it. Fingers Crossed.

Agreed. I just can't justify spending the time and money going to the West Coast for just the conference, so I'm staying put until they have one here again.

hahah, I am not going but did wonder if it was too late to get tickets and at least go in friday night out sunday afternoon, so we're all thinking the same!
I do get the calcium chews online -- i do the mixed carmel/mocha/chocolate so it's always a surprise. I haven't tried watermelon but felt the same way about blackberry.
Great job on the work out -- that's impressive!

I was addicted to those BA chews for over a year! The multi and calcium. I NEVER forgot my vitamins when I was on those - yum! It was expensive though, so I crossed over to the pill form. I tried all the flavors and caramel was the best. I liked the tropical orange and dark cherry also -they are yum like starburst.
I still take BF iron chews (cherry - awesome) because my numbers are good and I don't want to mess with with that.
