QOTD - I have to sleep with covers on, feet covered (tucked). It doesn't matter the weather, my feet must be covered in an attempt to thwart the monsters from grabbing my feet. It should be noted I also sleep with a husband and four dogs in various spots, so I am never cold.
B - Slice of sourdough with cream cheese, sliced tomatoes and the bagel seasoning on top.
S - Spinach/almond milk smoothie
L - Jimmy Johns veggie sammich
S - atkins shake

Hi all! Super sore today after doing weights on Monday and doing a bike ride yesterday-- my left calf is seriously tweaked, ow. But since it's overcast today (and hopefully it stays that way!), I'm looking forward to another lunchtime bike ride. I did 9.5 miles in the wind and 95 degrees yesterday and it kind of sucked, but at least I did it.
NSV today-- I'm wearing size 12 jeans and had no trouble zipping them, and not much muffin top to deal with. Whoooo!
Accountability: Pretty good! Nolan stuffed a bite of muffin in my mouth because he wanted to share (awwww) but otherwise it was all protein.
QOTD: I sleep under the covers but usually have to stick one foot out. I'm a weenie about the cold, especially at night, even though I live in the desert.
Chow 5 weeks post-revision

L: Need to pick something up after my bike ride, probably a yogurt or some chicken tenders

Good morning~ It's Patriot Day - what a wonderful way to honor the day donating blood, JB! I have a busy day so I need to get moving. Yesterday was a bust for swimming because I forgot my suit and didn't have gym shoes with me for cardio, but I did do the massage table which was nice since my neck and shoulders were tight.
QOTD - Must have top sheet and foot tucked, but not the sides. Light comforter and foot blanket. I am always hot or cold so I am foot/feet in and out all night. Must have fan on also.
Accountability - Great - small but good NSV - I didn't eat a yummy protein cookie because it would effect my workout yesterday and when I didn't end up working out, I still didn't eat the cookie!
Exercise - day off
TSS - 2 years 9 months 167.3!
