Good mornings.

Yesterday went easier than I expected. I ended at 1300 calories with 130 protein and 70 carbs. I'm happy with that. Plus I did 35 minutes walk run and hit 10k steps.

Today I am with a client until I head to the airport. I land around 6pm then am going out with my husband. So it will be a trickier day.

B - fit frappe & latte

S - yogurt if I can find one

L - Panera green goddess salad

S - apple

D - fajita guts

No workout time today. I'll pace at the airport.

Saw neuro yesterday, new med that's double duty--anti seizure and anti migraine, appealing insurance for Botox, fingers crossed!

QOTD: I need to be covered, even in sweltering heat but one leg is always uncovered. Amount of covers depends on the seasons.

QOTD: I have to have a top sheet before anything else is added to the bed, In the summer it's sometimes just the top sheet but I have to have something.

Good morning JB and Menuers,

JB how did you not strike up a conversation with the onesie man? I think I would have had to get in his head a bit just to find out. Hope it was for a good cause.

QOTD: I am team Grim all the way. DH is 6'5" and to put on a top sheet on a California king is not an easy task. It would be untucked every morning and I would have to fight that damn bed every day so I ask a dear friend who's husband is 6'8" how she handled it and she read a book about simplifying life so to cut out time she only used a fitted sheet and a comforter so to cut time on making the bed. Been without a top sheet ever since. I wear socks when need be.

Accountability was very good yesterday except maybe a little Stilton cheese with blueberry's that I found at Aldi. I did good with gym liquids and vitamins Scale said 140.6 today down 2 oz

CB: Dark roast coffee with and SF Aldi vanilla Caramel

MS L&F pumpkin pie Greek yogurt and Sous Vide turkey Egg bite.

D: Pork steak and grilled carrots and roasted butternut squash

LS None fasting for bloodwork tomorrow

Exersise: 30 min elliptical

Yeah, I def had a lot of question for him, but decided that there were a few possible reasons for him choosing that outfit that did not lend themselves to my safety... so I will just make up stories in my mind...

What was that movie called, where Robin Williams was a giant child who looked like an adult? That is my first choice for what was happening there!

G'morning JB & Menu peeps!

Sad day today! I was pregnant with DS and being on the west coast we had no idea. The house was quiet, DD & DH asleep. I went in the car ready to go to work around 6:30 am and turned the radio on. I got so agitated that I ran back in the house and in running I tumbled down the stairs 6 months pregnant. At first DH was more worried about me than the news I was trying to tell him.

QOTD: top sheets for sure and depending on the temps a light comforter or a heavier one during winter. If too hot I kick everything away. But my comforter and sheets need to be tucked in, none of that feet out routine. I even get up in the middle of the night to tuck them back under the mattress if DH pulls them out, can't sleep untucked.

Accountability: meh

Menu is up in the air, driving all day for site surveys. I have hb eggs, epic chicken and jerkies in my lunch box.

It turns out dust mites love a well-made bed. Why? Because they survive best in warm, dark, and humid places -- as in, the neatly folded and tucked in sheets of your just-made bed. Dry environments with plenty of light? To that, dust mites say, "No thank you." By making your bed, you not only create the coziest of environments for them, but you trap them in it. Think of it as someone forcing you to go on an amazing vacation. It's basically a party in your bed that you're not invited to.

Not me this is science. I heard Ryan Secrest talking about it on I heart today.
