What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?

I get cramps in my legs or feet every time I lie down, after a while, even when not sleeping. They went away for many months after surgery, but returned, boo! I have to get up and hobble around to get rid of them every single night. My labs are perfect, but ouch, what an annoyance!

Definitely try magnesium! It helped me a lot when I have had bad bouts.
However now that I am further out from surgery, mine are caused by dehydration 99% of the time, unfortunately. It takes chugging about 3+ electrolyte waters to get any relief.

Good morning and happy Tuesday! One last short week for me; was off yesterday and I'm off friday due to family coming to visit. Just like last week, I'm cramming 5 days worth of work into many fewer days so it will be stressful.
QOTD - Yes, I have a fun trip planned every month until early March, mostly long weekends but still fun -- I'll hit Nashville, St. Louis, London, Key West and the Dominican Republic before I'm done....and I just started the process for a Croatian cruise in July of next year. I work so I can travel!
Accountability - I had too much fun in Texas and it shows; diligence and recovery is the name of the game this week! I also slacked on fluids so must get the full 100 in today if not more
Menu for today
3.8 oz ever roast deli chicken
2 baby bel
cottage cheese
meetings some friends at Zoe's Kitchen and although I want the falafel, I will have the greek salad with chicken
L&F greek pumpkin pie
Have a spectacular tuesday!

Omg your travel schedule is amazing. I was just reading up on travel to Croatia the other day and started a Pinterest page for what I want to do and see! It sounds incredible.

It is a beautiful country! We were there for 3 days last year and it wasn't enough, I'm so excited to go back.
