What's on the Monday menu, RNY peeps?
Well for dinner I ended up having a premier shake and a chaffle breakfast sandwich, but using a mini donut maker instead of a waffle maker since I can't find my waffle maker. So they are roughly the size of a 50 cent piece with a very small piece of smoked beef sausage.
Well now I can't have my pumpkin pie L&F yogurt for snack if I get hungry because I'm already at 830 calories for the day.
How do you guys stay around 800 calories or less??? I'm finding this so difficult!

QOTD: Everybody who says the they want to know exactly what their family members are thinking is NUTS! That's way too much information for me.
Breakfast: Sausage
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: Chicken on a salad from Chipotle
Snack: Light and Fit
Dinner: Bratwurst
