Chaffles!

Too funny that you bring these up. My Pinterest suggestions have been filled with chaffles. I am not sure what I searched that caused them to start to pop up but literally every other suggestion is for a chaffle. I think it might because I was looking for a "plant paradox" birthday cake recipe for my sisters birthday later this month.

I am always amazed a how my phone is "listening" to what I search for... if I go to Amazon looking for socks next thing I know my FB & IG are filled with sock ads, *sigh* its a sign of the times right.

I also was not looking for chaffles or even food, I was watching funny dog videos and this chaffle thing popped up, weird but looks good so I can't complain!

Most of the plant paradox cake recipes were for chocolate and my sis doesn't prefer chocolate. I did ask her about her birthday and she said she is planning a cheat day that day so all is good! The plant paradox plan is very...well interesting to say the least. Being on it seems to be helping with some thyroid and inflammation issues she was having so it's all good.

My waffle maker is at college, what do you think about trying a quesadilla maker??

The recipe book does have how to make an omelette, same ingredients, just not mixed together, hmmm.

I don't think a quesadilla maker would work, not enough heat in the right spots, you could try but it if doesn't work that's a lot of mess to clean up!

Ahh! Now I need to buy a waffle maker, stat!
