Good morning, everybody!

It was nice to have a long weekend. I still always feel like I need one more day off to get caught up on all of the things that I wanted to do. Like if I could sneak an extra day off in between Saturday and Sunday. Today is kind of busy, I have a number of meetings and calls. Tomorrow I have a dentist appointment, so I will most likely work from home.

I think that while I am home tomorrow, I will try and get some mileage in for the 50 Mile challenge.

QOTD: The commute and my yearly managed revenue goal. Although the CPAP is pretty close.

Breakfast: Tacos

Snack: Protein bar

Lunch: Chicken

Snack: Jerky

Dinner: Hamburger

Have a great day, all!

G'morning all!

I had a great weekend, away with DH for our anniversary, but on Monday everything came down crashing. See my other post about ER. I'm good now but curious about what the source of the pain was. Hoping it doesn't happen again. Ready for a pain free week.

QOTD: cooking. I hate cooking. This meme is me in a nutshell.

Accountability: good on the trip. Yesterday I survived on water alone.

My meals for the day:

  • Coffee, coffee, and more coffee
  • Chicken meatballs (Costco)
  • Pulled pork (made in crockpot)
  • Yogurt or parm cheese

Have a great Tue, y'all.
