8 hours in ER - all good
It was an ER dr but I have asked them to send all the tests to my surgeon to see if he can see any abnormality.

Do you still have your gall bladder? I had similar symptoms when I had gall bladder attacks. The ER told me I was having chest wall spasms and sent me home. I did not present with normal gall bladder symptoms. When they did an ultrasound they found out that I was loaded with gall stones. The next day I was in surgery to get my gall bladder out.
I have my gallbladder and they did the ultrasound to check for gall stones. All clean.

While I was in the hospital and they were trying to identify the problem they decided to remove my gallbladder and my bariatric surgeon was called in to do that. That was before they did the chemical stress test. Once they realized the heart was involved they postposed gallbladder until after I had healed from the heart surgery.
I did have a small stone and some sludge, but that never caused me any pain.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
Will do, thanks.
So far pain free!

I'm so sorry you had to go through that, how scary!! I've had some similar pains here and there, but nothing that lasted that long or to that extent.
