I remember the first time I had fry bread, something I had always wondered about. The venison stew I had it with was incredible, but the fry bread not so much! Yes, it's basically bread made in a frying pan...Ive never been a big one for bread anyway, so for me it was a letdown.

Essentially it's a not too sweet funnel cake; on New Mexico/Arizona, they use the fry bread dough to make puffy tacos. I've never been a fan of it but I did have one fry bred taco at Taos Pueblo that was delicious.

I sold my continental giant to a man in Missouri-i am in Wi. Agreed to meet part way. Load up all his supplies and rabbit. Dog and food and our picnic as i dont do fast food. We get 1 ONE block, he cant make it today, grr. Breakfast - poached egg and small piece watermelon. Lunch will be baked chicken breast and salad. Dinner- no clue. Have a great weekend
Posting a bit late today but went to church then had to hike the mile to the internet here. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and Lily and I walked a total of 3 hours during the day. She loves the woods and trails here at the camp. We took a short walk this am before the rain came in and will do more this evening if the rain let's up. Weight today is 121.8. Here's the food plan for the day B 3 protein pancakes with sugar free syrup L 4 oz seafood salad D 4 oz chicken fajita S if needed sm pear. Hope you are all enjoying your day.
