What's on your Sunday Menu, RNYers?

Yeah, we all had a good laugh when we saw what passes for a "festival", haha.

Mornin'!
yesterday was a great day all around - including calorie-wise (down a pound since yesterday - although I don't know how my brother's scale compares to mine. But at least I'm clearly getting rid of some of this excess fluid!!). I met up with two old friends - one for coffee (it's been 30 years since we've seen each other. We're getting together again on Monday), and one for a four-hour lunch (32 years for her - loved her husband (she's been married to him for about 30 years, so it was the first time we'd met)).
this afternoon I'm going to my stepmother's memorial service. I'm hoping I can arrange to pick up the rest of my father's stuff afterward (or tomorrow) since her daughter has been in town for a few days clearing out the house to prep it for going on the market. I think we have most of it, but I know of a couple of things we don't have...and there may be more..
QOTD: For the last couple of years I've sent my coffee maker to start up at 6:00 am, so I have my (hot) coffee pretty much as soon as my feet hit the floor. I take a big mug of it back to bed with me and prop myself up to "work" on my laptop for an hour or two (checking in with OH, FB, and the news...and do the online crossword puzzle). The last few months I've grabbed some kind of cold liquid - such as a Bai water - as well so I can get some more fluid under my belt early in the day. SO....kind of both hot and cold!
they're going to have a food thing after the memorial service (service is at 1:00, so food probably around 2:00), so I'm not sure what the menu is going to look like today - other than I'll probably have a snack around 11:00 or 12:00 to tie me over until 2:00, and probably another light snack later on the evening (the big meal of the day being whatever they have after the memorial service)

Good Sunday morning everyone.
yesterday was a rough day for wanting carbs...BUT I stayed a wee bit below 25 so I'd say it's a win! I did have more calories than i'd planned on but the scales actually moved today! I feel more sure that the lower carbs is the best way.
today my brother is coming over. I'm making them a chocolate crack pie because we have pie crust that need to be used up. We'll send it home with them.
Qotd:not really...when it's cold, yes but when it's hot I prefer iced or at least cold coffee.
b:PP shake
s:cheese stick
l:PP shake
s:light n fit yogurt
d:hard boiled egg with soft cheese

Good morning all! It's been a lazy weekend for me thus far. This morning I'm two ounces away from losing the two pounds I somehow gained the past few days so hopefully by tomorrow I'll be back down to where I was. Makes me nervous when I'm up a couple pounds much less a few ounces. I've been glued to the tv trying to see what this hurricane is going to do. Going through one bad one was enough for me! Driving up with the family later today to Myrtle beach for crab legs. Yum!
QOTD: I usually start my day with a chocolate premier protein shake and then I get me a hot cup of coffee. Gotta have my coffee in the morning!
B: premier shake
B2: coffee w/Splenda
S: protein bar
Late lunch/early dinner: crab legs
S: fruit or L&F yogurt

Good morning! Mmmm tacos... That kite festival made me laugh! I went to a Harbor festival once that was similar I was like - this is it? So jealous of your lobster roll, there is nothing like that out here that I've found anyway. Today is a new day foodwise thankfully - yesterday was ruined by the PSL. I mean I know it wasn't a good choice but had I known the macros on that I never would have ordered one. I should have just had a sip of Robs and called it good. Lesson learned. Chilling on the couch right now, but will get moving soon. I want to finish the side yard work and actually go get a pedicure and do Target today. Cleaning and we'll BBQ later also.
QOTD - Yes, hot coffee for sure! Usually all hot, butocationally I go on a iced coffee kick but it all starts with hot.
Accountability - no
Exercise - gotta be honest, not gonna happen today

Whoa, sometimes I contemplate moving to a place with nice year round weather like SoCal, but a world without summer lobster rolls is not a world I can handle living in...

Good morning everyone. Today is the opening day for archery so, my husband and son are out hunting. Not sure if they are coming home tonight. They may camp out. I am debating about going to town and doing some shopping.
Ugh, tacos! They are my weakness!! I love crunchy. Yesterday a local church was doing a fundraiser. They were making native fry bread and fry bread tacos. I resisted!! I am not sure how my pouch would handle fried bread. I grew up on grease. My mother fried everything. She would make the best homemade maple bars with maple icing.
QOTD- 2 cups of french roast black coffee every morning, 1 with miralax.
Food plan for today-
2 cups black coffee
3 oz ham, 1 egg, 1 slice light swiss cheese
more ham with egg and swiss
chicken with salsa
Not sure what else. I feel like I am having diet fatigue. Nothing sounds good and I cannot gage down another can of tuna!
Lots of water. I feel puffy today.

I am a crunchy taco girl too!
I have heard the term fry bread, but I don't really know what it is? Is it like fried dough at the fair?
