It almost looks like an oil prism on water? It's gorgeous, looks like a painting!

I?m three years out and fish is my only hold out food that I have a hard time with. I can do shellfish but salmon, cod, haddock, etc often get stuck and give me foamies. No idea why...

It seems chicken, beef and sometimes fish do this to me. Getting irritated at it. Was able to eat an egg that didn't give me trouble.

Doing much better the past few days. Trying hard to push fluids and get enough rest, and overall doing a little better.
Photo Friday: here's my adorable little dude mugging for the camera at daycare! I know every mom thinks their kid is the cutest, but honestly my kiddo is HANDSOME!
QOTD: Nope, no labor day traditions here. This year, since my parents live in town, we're going on a bike ride with Grandpa pulling Nolan's tagalong. Not a long ride, probably less than 10 miles, but it'll be good to get out and get back in the saddle!
Chow - 4 weeks post-op:
B: Fairlife milk, half of a Think! bar
L: Cheese and salami roll-up
D: Going to my parents', Mom is going to make orange chicken and broccoli. She even made pie, since my brother is visiting for a few days, but I'll skip that, bummer!
S: More Fairlife, probably some cheese
E: Going to head to the gym and do some time on the exercise bike after I finish my lunch
