What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu, RNYers?
I get them online from zeelool.com or voogueme.com...both are chinese companies so it takes a few weeks to get them but i have been very happy with them!

Okay - could OH please add and undo button? My post just disappeared
Good morning~ Allergies suck. I get them when the wind is in high gear. Hang in there you two! Looking forward to putting this week behind me and relaxing these next few days. Going grocery shopping after work and chilling after that. Tomorrow I become a college football widow which means I get to do what ever the hell I want on Saturdays for the season! YAY! NFL starts in a few weeks and that is when it gets real for me - can't wait!
QOTD - Growing up we always had a family reunion picnic, then when we moved to CA it was a BBQ, now it isn't much on anything but a 3 day weekend!
Accountability - I ate a ton of peanuts before dinner then didn't want dinner. Other than that I was on plan. I forgot how much peanuts upset my stomach.
Exercise - the gym didn't happen last night, but I am still inspired by Amber to try running! I have a this fear of injury and worry about my knees so when she said her knees hurt at first but that it got better, it gave me hope. Also, that I can just put my shoes on and go from home, I don't need the gym - what a concept, haha.
TSS - 2 years 9 mo - 175.1 yuck - but deserved

Oh I hear you Kelly! It's great advice. I have several great pairs from our running store - 2 news ones since my recent hip issue (orthotic inserts and all) It's been my go to since I had plantar fasciitis years ago and it makes all the difference. You gotta take care of your feet since they effect your whole body.

yasss girl, lets do this--beginning runners unite! haha.
I am going to go get fitted for some good shoes next weekend since I'll be out of town this weekend but then it is ON!
In the meantime I am starting off slow and easy as to avoid any injury and just gauge what I am comfortable with /capable of.
We can do it!
