What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu, RNYers?

Yesssss!! We made it to Friday! Yesterday was a particularly long day. I am in the department that handles new hires. It's all hands on deck and we are very very busy, with only three more business days before school starts. Yesterday felt like we were running a marathon, and I never even got a chance to come back and read the thread... :(
I have never had fall allergies before (always spring for me), but Grim and I are both suffering right now. My head still aches and my eyes feel like I rubbed them with sandpaper. Grim keeps having sneezing attacks. This sucks.
I really don't have anything too exciting planned for the three days. We'll be celebrating Grim's daughter's birthday, dinner out with friends, and a visit from my BFF. Otherwise laying low, I guess.
I have a few random pics for Photo Friday. Let's see what you got!
First, from my walk through Chinatown on the day I walked a few miles from the train to work instead of riding the bus.
Second--this is the view from the window right behind my desk. I just discovered that we have a roof deck and the views are even nicer up there :)
Last, (not a great pic because I was driving and literally grabbed my phone to capture this for you all) from an African food truck parked on the street that I was driving past. Hahaha.
Accountability: Too busy to eat. Snacked on my lunch while driving home, then decided to have my leftover pork tacos for dinner. Amazingly ended up on track re: macros, but it was a weird day and sure didn't feel healthy. No running, but got in over 10,000 steps just from running to the copy machine and back, lol.
QOTD: Do you have any Labor Day traditions? When I was a kid we used to go up to Tax Free NH and do last minute back to school shopping with the sales. Now, Grim's daughter's birthday always falls right around this weekend, so he has always had a cookout for her. But this year she bought her own home, and hosts her own cookouts! So TBD exactly how we will celebrate with her, but there will be cake!
Exercise: TBD depending on allergies and timing.

Good Morning and Happy Friyay!
Life has certainly kept me busy and I haven't been taking care of me the way I should. I am back to work, the classroom is all set up and today is my last day of PD which means a day to plan. Students start on Tuesday. It has been a productive week.
QOTD: We are usually camping or go to my aunt's beach house for Labor Day but this year we are doing neither. Instead, DH is smoking some meat on Monday and we are having some friends over. I need a quiet weekend to rest.
B: overnight oats
MS: boiled egg
L: homemade adult lunchable - meat, cheese, pickles, and cherry tomatoes
AS: peach or pear
D: grilled chicken salad
Goal: 100 ounces of water and no snacking after dinner
This picture is from a preseason football game we went to last week and Max in the backseat when we were coming home from camping last weekend. Have a great weekend!

Melody, too. I feel like declaring victory if the phone points the right direction. And I still take two pictures of everything because I don't hear a click.

Wow! Personally I think I'd hate traveling for work but it's cool that you get so many opportunities to see new places! Love that view.

I am pretty well suited for my role, I love being home but if I'm there too long, I get antsy and want to GO...but usually at some point in the year I'm like "travel freeze, yay", lol
