That's a good year.

Gout hell I know. Mine went away after my kidney transplant. That going from ambulating to wheelchair in 8 hours sucks.

Thanks for sticking around!

QOTD: this is hard.. maybe a black bear. cute and cuddly looking, curious and takes a long time to **** off... also they are CONSTANTLY thinking about food....

Staying consistent on plan which is amazing and have not had a meltdown eating issue in almost 2 weeks so wahoo on that. also have not lost anything cause I'm eating enough calories not to lose- baby steps...

well we are at a cross roads with our motorcoach. we just put in 2 new ac units and replaced all the copper plumbing to pex. now the internal systems need probably 5k of work and it likely would be 2-3 weeks out which won't work for my job... so we may just buy a cheaper pull behind that is ready to use and revisit the other 5k of work on the bus in the upcoming months. its not ideal but at the same time dont' want to waste 1500 a month for an air bnb or hotel until the bus is ready. not sure... seems like the thing to do.

food plan today:

coffee

water

more coffee

eggs/veggies/oatmeal?

crack chicken?

I seriously am lacking meat in the house and do have veggies, eggs, prot powder, etc so today is an eat the freezer day.

Sorry to hear about the bus. I was really hopeful you were nearing the end. But you know as well as I do the bus is way to cute to give up on it now. I will be excited to see it up and running soon.
