Your best bet is to get back to basics: low calorie, high protein, low carb. Weigh and measure all of your food, and use a tool to log everything you eat, such as MyFitnessPal. To lose regain, many folks have to stay under 800 - 1000 calories, low carb (under 25 is common), 60 - 80g or more protein. Make sure you're getting all of your water, and do whatever exercise you can.

I lost 60lbs ish last year, in about 7- 8 months ish and have maintained that loss since.
I did keto for about 3 months and then switched to low carb. Slow and steady worked. There are no quick fixes. I didn't deviate from my plan or have cheat days etc. That will not set you up for success. I'm still pretty strict with myself.
I walk every day and get in a minimum of 10k steps. This is for health and I do NOT add in any extra calories whatever the activity (I've often got in 20k +)
YMMV, but I lost that weight on 1000 - 1200 calories per day. I'm a 6ft tall woman and have had my RMR professionally measured at just over 1800 calories per day.

You are an inspiration Kim. And you look FANTASTIC!
- High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
- High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
- Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
- Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
- Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)
angels, I am 10 years out from RNY and in the past 18 months or so, regained 35 lbs. (about 1/3 of my total weight lost).
How much have you regained?
I became VERY afraid of failure - again, something that didn't work. I seemed to be unable to handle my food, my exercise, drinking water, any of it. I was deeply sad that my clothes didn't fit any more.
There are a lot of fad diets out there for WLS grads looking to lose again (5 day pouch test, keto, egg fast, all liquids, blah blah.) But these are just not sustainable for me.
Finally I reached out to the dietitian at my surgery center (Barix, which closed in PA but has their main facility in MI where I live now). She gave me a 30 day plan to follow before making an appt to see her. And it IS helping, and I am thrilled after 2 weeks.
The basics are this:
Vitamins as prescribed. It's not hard to do this part.
Water. You know the drill. Drink the water.
PLAN YOUR MEALS AND SNACKS. This was like an eye opener for me - why I don't know but I had quit planning (kids are grown and flown) and was just winging it on meals. I wasn't buying a lot of junk but I had lost track of quantities, lost track of the 3 meals/2-3 snacks program, etc.
LOG YOUR FOOD INTAKE. I use the free version of My Fitness Pal and this is critical accountability. I log everything. I can see that when I pay attention, I can land at about 900-1000 cal per day. An event such as traveling, a birthday dinner out, etc. may take me to 1200. But in 2 weeks I have not exceeded those calorie levels and it is a major accomplishment for me.
Exercise. Here's where I'm not too great - yet. I tend to take care of everyone but me, meaning there isn't that hour in the day. I have some joint problems in my hips that make walking a tough one. I need to explore water exercise but just haven't yet.
It isn't fast. In 2 weeks I"ve lost 7 lbs and of course I wi**** would be more but this is a different leg of the journey....for me that's plenty.

This is not science, just something I have observed. I have been with this site and researching since 2003. Many people regain 20 pounds during year 3.
Possibly 50 percent of people have regained 50 pounds by year 10. Some people regain all of their lost weight and more.
The further out from surgery you get, the better your chances of regaining.
You are doing all of the right things. I had surgery in 2007 and have regained and lost the regain several times. I have to be aware of what I weight and what I am eating. I tell people it is like when I dieted before surgery, but the only difference now is that the diets work.
