Too much sodium yesterday - I'm feeling it this morning! SO...lots of water is on the agenda - as well as a few errands and loose ends to tie up before I head out of town tomorrow. It's another beautiful day - perfect for a long walk this morning!
accountability has been very good the last few days. I hope to do well while I'm at my brother's, too. I'll hit the grocery store as soon as I get into town so I'll have a lot of "safe" options to eat while I'm there.
QOTD: boy I am so not a shopper. There's lots of furniture I've been lusting after at the antiques store, though - so maybe that - although I have no place to put anything else. I'd have to buy a bigger house - or become an antiques dealer!
4 years 2 months out:
B: cottage cheese or plain Greek yogurt with homemade fruit compote, coffee with half & half
MS: frozen protein shake
L: leftover taco - or else leftover sushi (2 pieces) with a salad
AS: light yogurt
D: whatever I don't have for lunch
ex: something. At least a walk - and maybe a yoga class, too

Mornin'~ I had a rough day yesterday and I'm feeling it HARD today. I left work early because I wasn't feeling well. Later I rallied enough to run errands including taking DS to GNC which was my first mistake. After eating several protein items (chips, cookie and bar) and feeling incredibly sick, I threw up and took a nap. Since I felt I had blown it, my dinner ended up being french fries, tortilla chips, cap'n crunch from the box and picking the m&m's out of trail mix. I did not dump, but a couple hours later I woke up drenched and delirious w/RH so I drank some OJ, felt better then slept like a baby. I went off the deep end ya'll. Not one bite was worth it and I feel dis-gus-ting.
Today I was 171.7 - that is 3.3 pounds up
The plan is to do the right thing today and never feel like ^ again.
QOTD - One store? I'm with you JB, unless the mall or Amazon is considered a store then it would be Nordstroms for me too.

I'm sorry you are feeling so bad but I know the feeling - today is another day and another chance to make better choices. I am with you on the better choices bus!
