Hello JB and Menuers,
I'm gonna start with QOTD being born in the early 60's my true heart throbs were David Cassidy, Donnie Osmond and I always got stuck with Ringo cause all the other girls that were older grabbed up John Paul and George.
Accountability I'm not going to lie was terrible yesterday I didn't go to the gym and I dove into a bag of trail mix.
My 81 year old mother who has never been above a size 8 decided she has watched her weight long enough and she is going to eat whatever she wants. I explained that I will be the one having to lift and change her fat ass when she can no longer do it for herself. And she just laughs and say too bad. With that said all the close I bought for her birthday had to go back. I figured maybe a 10 or a 12 (HA) but now way was I getting her into a department store to try. So now in one years time she has managed to go to a size 14p and large cloths. Now I am left with the daunting task of removing everything from her closet that does not fit because she will try to squeeze into it and wear it in public if I do not. Hence the reason I did not get to the gym last night. Lord give me strength you know I need it.

Good morning. Good accountability yesterday and I'm starting to log more faithfully again (don't let that one go). One step at a time. I realized yesterday that I hit one year under 190 pounds - ranging between 182 and 189 and averaging right about 185. I still want to lose 6 to 10 pounds to get that last little bit off, but this insight put a smile on my face.
QOTD - My immediate response is Mira Sorvino, but then I realized she is more my adult crush and still is even now. Though Eliza Dushku gives her a good run for the money with me. So in keeping with the question, I guess like every teenager of the 70s it was Farah Fawcett.
PWO - 1/2 Quest Protein cookie
B - 2 eggs, sausage, few slices of orange
L - Kale salad, with root vegs and chicken burger (1/2), fruit
S - Jerky and nuts
D - Chicken and small salad, cup of mango
Exercise - I got to gym and my hip was bothering me, so trainer said no way and we just did a stretch session. I'll see how I feel and maybe hit Peloton tonight.
HW 510 / SW 424/ GW 175 (stretch goal to get 10 under) / CW 160 (I'm near the charts ideal weight - wonder if I can stay here)

Good morning!
Im doing a bunch of "adulty" things this morning, like emailing my insurance claim agent with bills from my accident, calling my regular auto insurance agent to switch my insurance to my new vehicle (whoops, kind of forgot that part...) and ordering new contact lenses.
I really want to try the new Starbucks pumpkin cream drink, but I know it's loaded with sugar and I will die. So I've bought sugar free pumpkin pie creamer for my home coffee instead.
Qotd: Jonathan Taylor Thomas! I watched every episode of Home Improvement for him, and when I was older I still squealed when he appeared in a couple episodes of Smallville. I swear he didn't age a day, he has a baby face.
Breakfast: coffee with SF pumpkin spice creamer
lunch: salad and a small piece of chicken enchilada
sipping Glazed Lemon Loaf tea all afternoon to resist grazing in the break room. Ugh, guys, my office is a Danger Zone of free snacks.
Dinner: turkey meatballs with homemade marinara and fresh basil

G'morning everybody!
JB - your memes make my day, thank you for always starting the thread with a laugh.
Y'all know I live in a small town, official count for population is 7,000...although I don't believe it because how do we get our high school to have 1,200 students? Anyway, I digress. So in a small town like ours if a murder happens and you know the people it's like wow! On Sun a mom I knew from when DD was in ballet (the girls did the nutcracker together for 4-5 years but they were from different ballet studios) stabbed her husband and is in jail for first degree murder with a $1M bond! I'm not telling you this to gossip but to talk about the stress somebody can be under and maybe not show it until she/he snaps. It's horrible for their kids, bcz they also have a disabled son. These poor kids lost their dad and mom in a snap. I sent the article link to DH and told him to be on his best behavior and not stress me!
QOTD: David Cassidy when he looked like this His shows hadn't even arrived in Italy but while I was on a family trip to US I saw his pic on a teen magazine and fell in love. I think during that trip I bought every magazine and poster I could find with his picture and brought it back home.
Accountability: great. I had half a nectarine that was not in my plan.
My meals for the day:
Coffee, coffee, and more coffee
Left over spaghetti sauce over zoodles
Taco Tuesday, no shell
Yogurt or parm cheese
Happy Tue everyone!

Whoaaaa! Are you are true crime podcast junkie like me, by any chance!? I see our opportunity to get the local scoop and become famous for our investigation! ...also I'm totally on the gossip side of this story...

My favorite murder, DD has written them about a couple of murders that have happened in our county. I wasn't living here back then but our county was known as the murder capital in the 70s! When I heard it just about fell off my chair. We are famous for surf and hippies, never thought for murder.
Our town FB group has posted about this recent murder but they have shut down the gossip mill by not allowing anyone to comment...so I have zero info except for what is in the papers.

Morning everyone, JB so glad you are loving your new job, keep that love alive!
Pork carnitas sounds wonderful, enjoy! I am the opposite of you, I am not hungry in the morning but want to eat the world in the evening. From about 3pm to 10pm my head hunger is off the charts.
QOTD: my crush's were Rob Lowe (St. Elmo's Fire), Ralph Macchio (Karate Kid) & Prince (Musician), I had a ton of "Tiger Beat" posters on my wall, drove my Dad nuts.
Accountability: having "small" pouch days as of late so my accountability has been great. I have been quite busy and no time to eat off plan so I fall into bed at night exhausted and sleep until my alarm goes off.
