Morning Everyone! Hope you all made it through Monday! I had another great day at work. I really like this job!

Tonight I am going to meet up with a friend for dinner in the city before I take the train home. I looked up the menu ahead of time and they have pork carnitas tacos, so I am going with that. Yum! The MFP values on those are all over the place (between 100 - 680 calories each), so I picked a calorie value somewhere in the middle and hope I am not accidentally adding 700 extra calories to my 800 calorie day, lol.

Accountability: Great. It was a large pouch day and I wanted to eat everything I packed before 10am, but I paced myself and made it through. I also went to the gym afterwards and ran just under two miles.

QOTD: Who was your first celebrity crush!?!? Mine was Lionel Ritchie, hahahaha. "Hello" had me at hello and I was all kinds of smitten for him! I had pics fro those teen beat magazines of his face all over my room starting in about 3rd grade... :)

9 hour externally facilitated workshop on data strategy today - who?s jealous? Edited to add - I switched to a small suitcase since this is a short trip....all my make up is in the other suitcase, at home in my guest room. Guess I'm rocking the natural look today!

I am having all the coffee to be alert for the workshop and to start my day., no 3 cup limit today.

They keep the temp in my new office set to "arctic". It's insane. Everyone is wrapped up in actual blankets that they keep at their desks. And I hear that when we get to winter, we will all be sweltering! Why!?

I have told that is takes so much power to change the temperature in a big building that they keep it too hot or too cold rather than turn it up or down as the weather changes daily.

I always wear a jacket for these for just that reason! It was cold but it was a lot of moving around at least so that helped!

Good morning! JB- I'm so glad you're loving your new job. I'm taking vacation hours the rest of the week and aside from having a hair appt tomorrow (originally scheduled for Saturday but stylist was able to move me up-yay!) I'm just relaxing and watching Dr.Phil, seriously I watch his show on OWN.

ES: Low carb pita with SF jelly and butter, Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal
