I hope that you're feeling much, much better! (I'm a quick forgetter too, but eventually, after enough misery, even I get the message!)

Morning and happy Monday. My weekend was a fail as I had little down time. I was supposed to go to dinner with friends to celebrate August birthdays, but my boss needed me to work, so I drove all the way to west hollywood to say happy birthday to my friend then high-tailed it back to the office. I worked the rest of the weekend except for saturday night and a few hours yesterday. I'm not happy to be back here this morning. Also, there was a fire about a mile from my office so the air quality is horrific today. Exercise this weekend was nonexistent because of the need to work.

QOTD: I sleep with 2. For a while when my acid was really bad, I was propped up on 3-4. I've now settled on two. I sleep on tempurpedic pillows.

My plan:

B: egg bite (I'll start with one and see how it goes. The second may be my midmorning snack)

L: left over beef shwarma

D: bunless burger

S: Coffee with cream, 2 slices of turkey and 2 ultra thin slices of provolone

E: up in the air. The spin class I like is at 6:30. If I can leave early enough, I'll do that. If not I'll run errands and get back on the exercise bandwagon tomorrow. I'd run (I have a 10k scheduled for the end of september) but the air quality is SO BAD and I forgot my running shoes.

while I have the technical ability to work from home, I know it will never happen. I'll get home and have to deal with the dog, and dinner, and . . . scrubbing the bathroom floor with a toothbru****'s just easier for me to go sit at my desk and pound the work out.

QOTD: I know it's an infomercial but I swear by my 1 "My Pillow" And if you go to bed bath and beyond you can use coupons. They actually have 3 different sizes that go by your weight. Don't hesitate Run to get it. I bought everyone in the family them last year for Christmas because I love it so much. You also can wa**** and fluff it up in the dryer so it always got the newness about it. Call me crazy but I think I like them so much I could sell them for a living.

Accountability over the weekend was a little off I may have had a few glasses of wine and a half a bagel in there somewhere but considering most meals were eaten out the scale was kind this morning.
