What is this magical fluffy & firm pillow? I can't seem to get it right...

G'morning Everybody!
Rough weekend. DD left for DC on Sat morning and I stayed in bed the rest of the weekend. Our last hurrah was on Fri to see Wicked. I hadn't seen it but she had. It was really nice. After she left on Sat the house felt empty and quiet. I'm not saying she is the only light of the family, but we are a family of 4 and when one is missing is like missing a limb, you limp along. When are 4 limbs are present we are strong!
QOTD: one pillow, but it has to be firm and kinda high. I hate flat low pillows.
Accountability: let's say I ate my feelings this weekend, not baaaaad, but not good either.
My meals for the day:
- Coffee, coffee, and more coffee
- Stir fry cauliflower rice & scrambled eggs
- Pulled pork
- Yogurt or parm cheese

I think that must be the hardest part of being a parent, getting used to them being gone! It's so nice how close you are but it's hard I'm sure. Have a better day today!
