JB, please post if you find a good pillow brand. It seems like they just keep getting worse.
Also, I love the phrase "cooler than the other side of the pillow"

This morning, after reading all this pillow talk, I ordered a bunch of new ones, based on a very comfortable night's sleep I had at an AirBnB recently. The only thing that held me back from ordering ASAP was not being sure which of the 100 sub categories it was within the brand. I took a pic of the pillow tag, but it didn't have as much info as I ended up needing to make an informed decision. Anyway, I took a gamble and placed an order this afternoon. I will report back!

I love this one from Amazon, it's filled with shredded bamboo foam. Good support, very soft, and doesn't get all hot and sticky!

Good morning! Happy Monday, and most importantly, Happy National Dog Day from this momma of 8 doggos!
Over the weekend, I was inspired to come up with my own breakfast casserole to make, freeze and take to work to substitute for tacos. It has egg whites, potatoes, Gardein veggie sausage, cheddar cheese, onion, salt and pepper. So far so good.
Today's menu as I've planned thus far...
MS - Coffee lots of it
B - Breakfast casserole
L - Thai food, most likely panang tofu with steamed rice
D - Sourdough toast, cream cheese, cucumber and tomato sandwich with sunflower seeds sprinkled on top
S - protein shake 30g protein
Follow up on Weds with my doctor for all my blood work, so super excited to see how that goes.
Hope y'all have a great day!
Christina
Let it begin with me.

I make a spinach frittata with egg whites, spinach, and TJs lite mozzarella. Cook in a square dish and make 4 portions. It is a lifesaver. Sometimes I heat/ wrap in a low carb tortilla w/siracha in foil. Still warm when I get to work.
