I would like to learn how to fly fi**** looks so pure and meditative. Streams and rivers are so beautiful, plus there's the potential for a fish dinner! I guess I should take a class or buy some lessons.

Happy Monday! Ha. Contemplating life from my bed. Need to get up.
QOTD: I use one and its s King Size. I find a sleep better with the longer pillow- it cradles my head in a different way.
My nephew who lives with me went to visit his Dad for a couple of weeks. Happy I only have to worry about prepping my food for awhile.
Eats:
- egg whites w/shred cheese and peppers, onion, spinach
- salad w/shrimp
- spaghetti zoodles and grilled chicken
- S: protein, Greek yogurt, fruit

Wait, that time must be off, because my alarm went off at 4:30, so I know my post didn't go up until closer to 5:30, I think!

hi all
satuday was busy getting the motorcoach to its new spot to wrap things up before driving it to Chattanooga as our new home (during the week). we are getting so close but the latest is the muffler needs work. I'm trying to be patient with DH but I'm very frustrated right now. the 2 hour commute is not fun.
Food was all on plan so happy for that.
QOTD: 1 pillow only and I prefer flatter since I sleep mostly on side.
food plan today:
coffee
tons fo water
1/2 a bang
chicken meatalls, broc, green beans, low carb tortilla, peanuts
chicken breast, tomato sauce, more veggies
cucumbers, more chicken
last of salmon for dinner
not sure what else at the moment
off gym day today
have to run to aldi for lunch and get Splenda etc.

we did a lot of running around Saturday. Yesterday was kind of a lazy day. Food was OK up until DH and I went to our second run theatre last night to see Rocketman. I ate WAY too much popcorn, and I'm feeling it this morning. I am really ticked off at myself!! I have to really stick to my plan the next few days because I'm leaving for NC on Thursday to visit my brother (and to attend my stepmother's memorial service), so there will be a lot eating out. Crap.
QOTD: For the last year I've used the wedge pillow I got last summer for phase 1 of my plastic surgery (I LOVE this thing and even take it on (driving) vacations with me). In addition, I have one standard pillow that I keep on my left side since I'm often sleeping on that side - but I just more-or-less hug the thing while I'm sleeping. I have a bunch of other pillows on the bed that I use when I'm propping myself up to read or work on my laptop.
4 years 2 months out:
B: cottage cheese or plain Greek yogurt with homemade fruit compote, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: salad with diced turkey breast
AS: light yogurt or frozen protein shake
D: pulled pork and grilled zucchini
ex: there's a Zumba class at 8:30, a strength training class at 11:00, and a couple of gentle yoga classes scheduled for today - I may try to hit all of them!
