Something like 40 per cent of dogs they rescue are full pedigrees that some numpty paid $$$'s for as a puppy!

Good morning~Your meme is my dream! Yesterday was nice and chill, beautiful weather here also - nothing but sun! Today looks to be the same -sunny and in the high 70's. I did not get my closet done so that IS happening today. The college football game ended late last night so I got out of Fast Times and Ridgemont High, haha. I know that will come back around...Today other than walking the dogs, my closet, laundry and weekly prep I've got nothing planned. Maybe we'll go to a movie this afternoon. I was looking up keto friendly Starbucks options and found a drink that is only iced coffee and SF syrup double blended w/out any milk or cream. I decided to try it at home and I was surprised that it was pretty good and zero calories! Who knew?

Good morning! I am sitting on the deck in a sweatshirt enjoying my second cup of coffee. I took a bunch of pictures of the crappy yard today because they start the new landscaping in the morning. Only half the design was approved by the hoa so fingers crossed the approved the second half before they are done with extending the irrigation and putting in the patio (which was approved). I can't wait to enjoy it as we enter fall! Still some warms days ahead but all the nights for the next 10 days are down to the 60s, it's glorious! Yesterday, I drove up to my youngest sister's house, took her out to sushi and visited a bit and drove back. I don't eat sushi but she's not getting out much with the new baby so I let her pick - I had the insides of a veggie roll (asparagus, squash, cucumber, sweet potato, cream cheese and avocado). I'm always amazed by the little tiny chopped pieces!

qotd - I am actually becoming more open to surprises as I get older but by nature I am not all about surprises. I do like to surprise people though, except with surprise visits. I believe No one wants some one to randomly show up on their door, lol.
Today I am doing my Pilates flow class and the restore class -- given it will be my 9th workout since Monday, I am ready for the stretching and trigger point work for sure. I would like to get out and see if I can find a better commuter backpack. The one I use now is too big and I find i stagger when I put it on. I need to go smaller and carry less crap. I suspect I might blow that off and come home and finish watching this Netflix series I started last night called "The Family". Also, I need to get some reading done because I've spent my reading time lately playing "Best Fiends"!!

Morning all. I didn't eat half of what I posted yesterday and today might be much of the same since I woke up with a migraine this morning. Haven't had one in awhile, but I think the stress of everything, being crazy busy at work and lack of sleep finally brought one on. Didn't help to wake up this morning to find that my poor cat threw up all over my couch. So spent the morning cleaning that up. On another note, I have started reading a new book that I'm already halfway through. I just can't put it down. Been awhile since I found one like that.
QOTD: I like a surprise as long as I know it's coming, but I guess that defeats the purpose of a surprise.

Good afternoon menu folks.
woke up with a sore throat but I was sick last night ending with me throwing up so i'm hoping it's just from that!
it's a slow day here and I think i'm Going to skip exercise today. I walked a bit over an hour total today
