Better late than never?
Good day so far, I've spent the whole day with my nose buried in some complicated Excel reports, which is my happy place. (Yes, I'm a spreadsheet nerd, I'm a sick and twisted lady!) In between working on Excel stuff, I'm finishing the last-minute planning for Saturday's derby game, which is a Harry Potter-themed mini tournament featuring skaters from all over the state. I'm sad that I won't be skating in the game (Hufflepuff for life!), but I'm going to dress up as Tonks and help officiate so that will be pretty fun.
Accountability: Came up short on fluids and protein yesterday. I really need to push myself to drink more shakes/Fairlife, but I honestly feel no sense of hunger. I'm grateful for that, but I know it's not so great for my health.
QOTD: I have a big window in my office that looks out over a lot of green. A whole bunch of deciduous trees, then palm trees on the other side. I very frequently get hummingbirds bouncing off the window, and sometimes big hawks nest in the tree nearest my window. Pretty cool!
Chow: 3.5 weeks post-op
B: Fairlife and half a protein bar
L: More protein bar, half an egg bite
D: Tilapia?
S: Greek yogurt, lots of Fairlife
E: Might go to the gym, but I'm nervous about hurting myself. I need to do a pretty serious cleanup/organization in my craft room, so maybe I'll count that as my cardio tonight.

Well I should add, even though I pretty much stayed on track with what I ate today.....I stirred up some chocolate chip cookies tonight and have the dough in the fridge ready to bake tomorrow for a friend. I did happen to lick the beaters. Ugh!
