Good Morning! JB- so glad that you're feeling better and no longer the "newbie". I've got some really long conference calls today and a few phone interviews so busy day!

Accountability: Some skinnydipped dark chocolate espresso almonds found their way into my mouth.

QOTD: About an hour from getting up and leaving for the gym.

TSS: 5 years

B: SF latte, Eggbeaters, turkey sausage links and 1/2 an orange

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: SF almond milk latte, 2 real good mini pizzas, pork rinds, and two good mixed berry yogurt

D: Buffalo cream cheese chicken, green beans, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: Low carb pita with butter and SF jam, Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: An hour stair climber and 40 mins of elliptical

V/W: On track

Good morning! It's hump day and I am happy to say the week is moving along nicely here. I wouldn't want to live in a world without coffee, it's literally what gets me out of bed in the morning - that and my cat that is.... Speaking of my Bubba kitty - he doesn't seem himself, lethargic and way more whiny than usual. I need to take him in and get him checked ;(. Today I'm hell bent on finishing my project today. I am going to run errands on my lunch and then the gym for swimming after work today. It's supposed to be 80 degrees so that will feel great!

QOTD - I'm up at 5 and out the door by 6 if all goes well. If I relax on work morning I lose my momentum and seriously contemplate calling in sick, haha. On the weekends, after coffee and I have to get up and get moving or I will be AOC (ass on couch) all day. It's kind of all or nothing with me - super productive or lazy as all get out.

Accountability - great but if I see another piece of beef jerky I'm gonna hurl

TSS 2 years 9 months 168.9 - ETF my weight cuz a pound is a big deal!

I always allowed an hour and my work was five minutes from my house. I overslept one morning and still managed to shower, fix my hair, do makeup, dress, and drive to an appointment 30 minutes away. I can be super fast if I have to, but prefer to just putter around in the morning.

Real life begins where your comfort zone ends

Happy Wednesday! I'm already looking forward to the weekend. Is that wrong??

QOTD: I usually wake up around 6 and leave my house before 7. I'm oddly equally a morning and a night person. I don't go to bed until quite late, but have no problem getting up. Until this morning. I heard the dog crying around 4 so got up to deal with him. I should have just stayed up but I went back to bed . . . and didn't wake up until 10 to 7. I got to work about 40 min later than normal. Luckily I was the first one here so no one needs to know.

My plan:

B: ground turkey, pesto and cheese

L: baked chicken thighs and salad

D: more chicken

S: homemade latte, cottage cheese and blueberries before the gym

E: non-heated spin tonight

good morning menu friends!

chicken thighs did not work out well yesterday. So we are going to head to Sam's to get some fish as it sits better than most of what i've Had in ways of dense protein.

i have an appointment with my psychiatrist this afternoon as well. I'm feeling pretty upbeat so far and I'm thankful for that.

qotd:it depends on where i'm going, usually an hour or so.

Sam's trip was nixed.

l:stayed mostly the same, just added a light string cheese

s:pho broth & a few vanilla wafers

d:will be an egg i'm Thinking. Just put a lasagna into the oven for my mom. I think that would most likely kill me!

exercise was over an hour and half of walking. If I feel the need to do more it'll likely be a work out video.
