Is Queso and cheese dip the same thing? I never really heard of Queso until my daughter went to college in Texas.

Queso is the best.
My cousin is dating this guy who she really needs to break up with....But he makes the BEST queso dip which he brings to every holiday dinner as an appetizer. I am trying to figure out if we can ensure that the recipe is passed on before she makes the inevitable & necessary break up! #stillafatgirlinside

The basic recipe is melty Velveeta cheese with diced tomatoes and jalapeños. There are a million variations but that's the foundation!

Glad you are on the mend!! And also glad to be at the halfway point of the week....although it's still going to be long until Friday.
Today, I'm cleaning house between meetings (and while on conference calls) and meeting my sister for lunch, then I have a class at 4 so should be a good day. I started with email at 4 am and I have to be in the office for a 5:30 am meeting tomorrow....so I'm trying to convince myself that I should just not log back on after lunch but we'll see. If I don't log back in, I could go to the library and to cost co and get those egg bites everyone is eating.
QOTD - my alarm is set for 3:15 although I'm usually up right before that and I leave the house between 4:30 and 5, depending on how much I have my act together....and what time I need to be in the office.
yesterday I held myself to my 3 cups of coffee, trying for the same today!
B - cottage cheese (low fat version)
L - greek salad with chicken
D - 3 real good food poppers
S - L&F greek
