What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Congrats to Ryley. The study abroad programs are great and a growing opportunity for the kids. My daughter did it last year with almost the same parameters as Ryley's. She took advantage of every tour the school offered and with other friends found ways to visit other countries in Europe during the long weekends. Fun fun fun.

Super fast post for me as I have 5 minutes tops. I'll come back to read later I promise. Lily and I got our first walk in already even though it was very very foggy. Accountability yesterday was good stepwise and food wise. The trip to the Illinois state fair was fun but made me sorta sad to see all the people eating foods I would have binged on before. Food is just kinda yuck to me right now. QOTD I st as y far away from sugar free treats as sweets themselves are a slippery slope for me. I ao wanted sal****er taffy at the fair yesterday and hubby offered to buy me some but unless they are locked in a safe with an unknown combination I cannot be trusted around DC sweets of any kind. I have zero moderation. Weight is 122.2 today and here is the food plan for the day B 2/3c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz chicken salad D 4 oz polish sausage S serving garlic pork rinds. Have a wonderful day full of smart choices everyone!
Oh Julia, I am sorry you are so sick! Can you go to urgent care?
I got home Friday night after a week of vacation (beach) and a week of work travel (Mexico) and in shocking news, I weigh the same as when I left. Granted, it's not the weight I want to be at, but at least it's not that plus 10 lbs. I went to the gym both Saturday (boot camp) and Sunday (an hour of lifting). I went to Giant and Costco and I feel set up for success this week!
QOTD: Early on, I did things like make cauliflower crust pizza (a lot of damn work and now you can buy it premade yay!) and like Jen, I use sugar-free syrups in my coffee, but I don't really do anything sugar-free or fat-free. Definitely not fat-free. In fact, I purposely choose things like greek yogurt with fat, or cottage cheese with fat, as they keep me more full and taste great!
B: 3 oz boars head, 1 oz cheddar, avocado if this one isn't rotten inside like the last four!!!
L: salad made with lettuce, mini cucumber, olives, mini peppers, ever roast, buffalo chicken, munster cheese, garlic expressions dressing
D: Steak for Kris and Ethan, chicken nuggets for Leah, fries for all 3 of them and air fryer wings for me!
E: Body Pump after work
Have a fabulous day, all!
