What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu, RNYers?
G'morning Everybody and happy Fri-yay!
Looking forward to a great weekend with both kids home. If the sunny weather holds and the fog doesn't roll in we'll hit the beach and spend the day in the sand. I have two watermelons in the fridge ready for the beach.
QOTD: we stopped any paper magazine or newspaper a long time ago. Everything is digital. We subscribe to NYT, Washington Post and a local newspaper, digitally. DH has a couple of tech related magazines and his surfing magazine but all digital. The only time I read an actual paper magazine is when I'm at the dentist or in checkout line at the grocery store.
My meals for the day:
- Coffee, coffee, and more coffee
- Turkey links (they've been sitting in the freezer for too long)
- TJ chili lime burger
- Parm cheese

Wow, I am not really a Star Wars geek, but those sets are pretty amazing. It looks like an incredible time and you look fantastic :)

Good morning and TGIF~ This week has been crazy busy and flown by but I am toast so bring on the weekend! I have been keto 24/7, busy/active but the weight isn't budging. I could lower the cals again? And hope I'm able to continue with this amazing appetite suppression if I change my macros... trial and error. I still feel great, so I will tweak it again.
QOTD - Martha Stewart Living, People and Pioneer Woman. I never subscribed to Rachel Ray but I get her magazine for some reason. We pick up the local paper and the LA times on the weekend sometimes.
Accountability - great, so whats the problem with the scale??

Morning and TGIF. Yesterday food was not good. During the day was fine. After work I went to help a friend of mine make skirts for a dance her daughter and friends are doing at her bat mitzvah. We were going to grab a late dinner when we were done. Well, the skirts took longer than anticipated and required a trip to Joann's Fabrics and my boss called around 9:30 p,m. and I had to go back in to the office. I was starving and my blood sugar was not happy when I got to the office so I scavanged and found a bag of trail mix. When I got home at 1:15ish, I was starving again and my blood sugar was not happy. Sadly I have no good food for situations like that so I ate a piece of pumpernickel bread with cream cheese. This morning I made some bacon and stopped at starbucks and got egg bites, so back to protein forward for breakfast and morning snack after that ?????
QOTD: I have on line subscriptions to the NY Times, LA Times and Washington Post. Other than that, nothing
My plan:
B: egg bites
L: whatever strikes me when i walk to trader joes since I had about 5 hours between when I got home and when i had to leave again and no time to plan or cook
D: My typical friday I have no idea what the hell we're having. But given my two days of crap eating, I'm hoping for something protein forward yet delicious.
S: Latte from Sbucks (although i messed up my order and it's basically all foam, bacon and I've got nothing else with me. 6:00 pm quitting time can't come soon enough (but really, is there a quitting time???)
