happy wednesday everyone. The rest of the week is going to be super busy, so I'm really not looking forward to it. I'm super tired today which isn't helping. Yesterday was 100% on plan until after dinner. My blood sugar went low so I ate all.the.things. Then it went low again around 2:30 a.m. (and by low I mean 34), so I again ate all.the.things. I feel like crap this morning, was late to work and can't shake my funk. To top it off, my back is still bad from the fall I took at the spin studio 2.5 weeks ago (or was it three . . . I can't remember) So I'm a super grouch, emotional wreck today. I have one month left on a three month unlimited spin package so I think I need to ask them to put it on hold so I don't feel compelled to go. I need to heal.

QOTD: Absolutely. shorts and a T right now, but will be transitioning to yoga pants and sweatshirt soon (I hope)

My plan:

B: 2 eggs, .5 oz cheese and EBTB spice

L: ground turkey, cauliflower and parm

D: Chicken and salad

S: homemade latte, yogurt or cottage cheese and raspberries before the gym

E: my last spin class for a while

QOTD- Absolutely yes! After I walk I get in my PJ's. On the weekend unless I'm going out that is my uniform. I wear a comfy old sports bra that is stretched out and usually long sleeved PJ's- always cold. I watch TV with an electric blanket with a wool blanket on top.

Accountability- I was good except for those gummy bears. I wish they would quit throwing themselves into my mouth, it would make life much easier.

Definitely did not get enough water yesterday, I had to go in horrible traffic to drop my roommates truck off at the repair place and forgot to bring my water. Then I went for a 3.4 mile walk in 88 degree heat...go figure I'm dehydrated.

Ended at 988 calories 76P, 21F, 127C. But my weight was up 1.4lbs, I know it's jus****er retention what with the low fluids and high sodium intake it's to be expected.

Have a great day everyone!

Hi menu friends! I'm totally exhausted, so I'm going to take off early and go home and nap. I work a desk job and I'm just grinding out some Excel stuff today, but I'm WIPED. Damn, healing is hard work.

Accountability: Not perfect yesterday, which has me freaked out. The time to be on it is NOW so it's right back into good habits again.

QOTD: Hell yes! If I'm not into lounge clothes, then at least it's no-bra time as soon as I get home.

Chow, 2.5 weeks post-op:

B: Fairlife milk

L: Greek yogurt

D: tilapia

S: more Fairlife milk, maybe some ricotta bake

E: Maybe? Depends on how wiped I am. I'll see if I can throw my kid in the stroller and maybe walk a bit around the neighborhood if nothing else.
