A pretty morning here in Illinois and Miss Lily and I have our 3.4 miles in already and will do another mile after supper. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 122 today. Poison ivy is still here and the itch is driving me crazy. And the prednisone is making me want to eat everything in sight but so far no crazy binges. I've been drinking instead so fluid**** 140 ounces yesterday. Hope to have willpower today too! QOTD I usually don't change regular clothes till I shower but a dress and heels is changed ASAP. Here's the food plan for the day B 2/3c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli chicken and cheese D 4 oz ground beef with cheese S if needed 1/2 c blueberries. Have a wonderful day full of smart and conscious choices everyone!

How is it only Wednesday?!?!

JB, what kind of podcasts do you listen to on your commute? I do podcasts and audio books - currently binging the Kim Goldman podcast Confronting OJ.

qotd - if you haven't started pulling off your bra and work clothes in the garage walking into the house, are you really an adult, lol? I change as soon as I get home - active wear if I'm going to an evening workout, pjs or other relaxed clothes otherwise.

my Menu this week continues to be challenged - we're at a nice hotel for the rest of the week but nice hotel means very little in the way of grab and go options but I have a Greek yogurt, some meat sticks and protein bars that have been exploring the country with me. Right now I'm enjoying my $4 coffee...not a latte, just coffee..$4, jeez.

Have a great wednesday!!

Good morning~ So nice yo hear you had a great day at work, what a switch JB! Nice going on the loss also!! I'm eating on plan, but the last 2 days have been super busy and I haven't been drinking enough. I only realized this after noticing my bathroom trips had dwindled and I woke up with a headache today. The scale was up a little which was a ****** but I will keep on keepin ' on. Today is swim day which will be the highlight of the day. Ever avoid starting a yuck work project so long that you actually become super productive doing everything else but...like every other crap task possible because they are less daunting than the big thing you are avoiding? When you finally get o the point where you can't put it off anymore and wrap your head around THE project and delve in only to realize it was no big deal? Yeah, totally me this last few weeks, haha. At least I got a million other things done too.

QOTD - The minute I get home I get on my PJs. Weekends too. If I'm home, I'm in PJs, even if I plan to go back out later - PJs!

Accountability - great - need to push water today big time though

TSS 2 years, 8 months 170.3 - yuck

I hear you about avoiding the yuck project, I've been doing that lately. There are so many to choose from, and I know if I do it and get it done I will feel better. But procrastination can be an art form, and I get all those pesky other things done instead....Oh well I will get it done....and it won't be that bad...I hope....
