What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

Hi all, another great day at work for me... I am learning a lot and it is really interesting stuff. But coming off of our busy weekend, it's been tough to get back into the swing of the schedule and commute. I skipped lunch again and missed the train home again, so it was another 13 hour day with no chance to exercise. I am going to just assume it will be like this for the rest of the week, and hope to get onto a "real" schedule next week. I am bringing a Protein Bar and will plan to eat that on the train home :)
Accountability: I lost the weight I gained over vaca already! Yesterday, my calories ended at 740 and I had 9000 steps, but no formal exercise. I am going to run alllllll weekend to get myself caught up to the 50 mile challenge :) I am not quitting!
QOTD: Do you change into lounge clothes when you get home? YES! I love ripping off my work clothes and getting into something comfy, ASAP. Since I usually get home less than an hour before I am supposed to go to bed, I often go straight for the PJs :)
Exercise: Not even gong to pretend.

Mornin' All!
it's 4:52 a.m. out in the Upper Midwest. The bus to Chicago (we're going with a group to see Hamilton today) leaves at 7:15 a.m., so of course I've been up since 1:30. I do this every time I have an early flight, too - I can barely sleep the night before because I'm so worried I'll miss my flight (or in this case, bus). Of course, there are four of us driving together to the bus pickup spot. Surely not all of us would have overslept?? And anyone who wasn't in the car would have gotten a phone call?? At least I can sleep on the bus...
QOTD: not too often anymore because I pretty much wear lounge clothes all the time now since I don't work anymore. But yesterday I went to this fancy luncheon and wore a dress - so absolutely I changed the minute I got home!
4 years 2 months out:
B: protein pancakes topped with plain Greek yogurt and homemade strawberry/rhubarb sauce, coffee with half & half
MS: protein bar on the bus. And probably more coffee
L: lunch will be in Chicago. Something safe. And probably more coffee.
AS: none (at the play - outside food not allowed!)
D: I"m hoping the bus will stop somewhere for dinner on the way home. I can't take more protein bars with me because they supposedly often search bags at the theatre, and outside food and drink are not allowed. They may confiscate any protein bars they find...

Safe travels and have a blast. I will listen to the Hamilton soundtrack on the train and think of you :)

Enjoy Hamilton. I have not been able to get tickets for it yet here in Pittsburgh it has only been here 1 time. Hoping this year I will be able to snag some. They did a lottery last year and I was like number 3 million in line by the time they got to me the only tickets left were super VIP with dinner meet and great and they were a little over $900 each. too rich for my blood.

hi all
I didn't go to the gym yesterday but ate pretty well. No loss yet from my week of food adventures/stress/anxiety eating. One day at a time! I did make my DH a chopped steak wrapped in bacon, cheese curds and sweet pot for dinner. Then I blew the circuit breaker because apparently running the fridge, coffee maker, oven and microwave is too much power. ugh. so we had to rig the extension cord to the fridge. The microwave still isn't working yet...
DH is working on the bus today and we will make a decision on the AC/heat unit in the motorcoach. We are between getting a roof unit to replace the existing, putting in a mini split unit, OR just getting a portable unit in the meantime. There are pros and cons of each but I have read the mini split is more efficient and easier to install over a roof unit. We are getting sooooo close to it being done and once it is, we can move it to TN so I don't have to make this long drive.
QOTD: If I'm working and get home, I generally am either in work clothes or workout clothes from gym,. I walk dogs, feed them, and get right in shower. then pj's. If I'm remote, I stay in pj's or yoga clothes all day, then shower, then more pj's.
food for today:
veggie egg bake
greek yogurt with SF pudding as flavor
1/2 of a coffee bang drink
water
more water
chicken falafel meatballs with salad
